Villa 9C's north-facing orientation offers a shady respite from West Maui's legendary sun, and its designation within our "Elevated" collection offers a level of privacy exclusive to the Luana Garden Villas' second-floor offerings.
Perched on the top floor, this residence offers enhanced privacy and quietude, with private stairs leading to both the main entrance and the rear lanai.
Easy living is accentuated with convenient access to Luana Enclave Two's pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as full access to Honua Kai Resort amenities, including Hokulani Deli, Konea Fitness Center, Duke's Beach House, and Honua Kai's award-winning poolscape. The soft sands of Kaanapali North Beach, one of America's top beaches, are only steps away.
Your party will have plenty of room to stretch out in 2000+ sq ft of luxurious interior living space. Elegant contemporary finishes, premium appliances, and fixtures complement the spacious open floor plan. All villas are fully furnished with everything you need for the perfect Maui beach vacation.
The gourmet kitchen features Bosch stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. Sliding pocket doors open to reveal a massive 500+ sq ft lanai with an abundance of lounging and dining space. The lanai area has an outdoor kitchen, complete with its own private BBQ grill.
Enjoy the ease of an attached laundry room featuring a full-size washer and vented dryer, allowing you to pack light and refresh your wardrobe throughout your stay.
Each bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, and the living room features a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination.
To enhance your entertainment experience, this villa has been upgraded with a 75" Smart TV in the living room and 55" Smart TVs in all three bedrooms.

Overall had a great stay, really nice property. Had a few minor issues with the check-in process and some bathroom issues but overall would stay again!

Highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for a quiet stay in Kaanapali - easy access to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The large space can’t be beat! It was a very comfortable stay.
There was so much space for our family. Plenty of cabinets and closet space. Even a laundry room! The location was great and an easy walk to the beach and Dukes!

We have a great time in this unit. The pictures are accurate and the location was wonderful on the property. Near a more quiet pool/hot tub but not too far of a walk to the beach and bigger pools. Our only small issue was with the BBQ, it smoked a ton when using it. But maintenance showed up quickly to try to resolve - which was appreciated. My family and I would stay here again.

Nice place ! except we found broken glass bottle under BBQ sink is very dangerous if the kids open that cabinet and touch it . Everything is perfect!
We rented a 3 bedroom condo at the beautiful Luana Garden Villas for 6 adults . The place was stunning- clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was amazing, ours overlooked one of the pools. Having access to the resort pools, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and grocery store and many food trucks. The snorkeling right at our beach was absolutely incredible. The management company offered great communication and were friendly and professional. We could not have asked for a better vacation and would happily stay here again!
