Is the beach across the street sandy and swimmable for families? YES! The beach is an incredible white sand beach that is bay protected and extremely family friendly. It is known for attracting families as the waves never get large. Additionally, we can't remember the last time that we didn't see turtles while snorkeling. It's truly incredible and beautiful.
How close is this home to the beach? Can we walk there with small children? The home is just steps from the sand. You'll be on the sand in less than 30 seconds walking.
Can you arrange a private chef for our stay? Absolutely. We can refer you to several private chefs that are known for incredible meals at many different price points. You'll work directly with your chef for meal preparation and payment.
Is there high speed WIFI? Of course. The home has every 5 star amenity available. High speed wifi, cable, multiple TV's throughout, 800 thread count sheets, extra linens, 3 sets of washer and dryers and much much more!

Fantastic hosts, a beautiful house, and excellent location! Was perfect for our family of 12.
We came for a family vacation and had the absolute best time! The home was beautiful and the ease of getting to the beach was the best! We were able to use the beach chairs and paddle boards that were there which was really nice! Great property manager as well! Hope to stay there again
Everything was great! We loved the short walk to the beach, the beach chairs and beach toys that were available and the pool! When we had any issues with the property we received prompt attention from the manager. (A shower head was broken and a rack in the dishwasher while we were there) A minor suggestion would be to bring dishcloths as there were none. We did a lot of cooking and cleaning up and there were none available. Also, we splurged for this as we were celebrating family milestones, but it was absurdly expensive.
Wonderful family vacation! The home was very clean and just as described. Communication with the host and property manager was always answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
Roomy, clean, high quality, two washers and two dryers, not on or really in view of the beach but quite close, stuff is there to take to the beach, outdoor rinse shower, space for four cars, etc etc and so forth. An outstanding place for extended family to get together! Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for my family of 12. The kids had the best of both worlds with the pool and beach to enjoy. The outside shower was perfect after our visits from the beach.The fire pit was enjoyable for late night relaxation, beds were comfortable and we definitely had a great stay. I give this place a high rating as it was as wonderful as the site depicts.
Our family stayed at this property for a week. It is an awesome house and quite new! We had four families that stayed here with plenty of room for everyone. Our family enjoyed the pool area with the slide. It is also walking distance to the beach and a couple of terrific restaurants nearby. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old and the house had all the amenities to use for them; both indoors and in the pool. Also, due to flight delays, we arrived at the house very late. It was so nice of the property manager to leave food for breakfast and snacks for us. We were so exhausted and it was nice not to have to make a grocery stop until the next day. Thank you! We would rate our experience here as a ten (scale of 1-10 with 10 as the highest). We would stay at this property again.

Our family of 14 came together for our 50th Anniversary. We had an amazing time at this house. It fit us perfectly. Our 6 grandchildren all stayed in one room for a week’s worth of sleepovers and fun. The four couples all had a room of their own and two of those had a private bathroom. We swam in the pool which had a slide the kids loved! The beach was so close that we didn’t want to do anything but swim and snorkel. We had to force ourselves to do something else. The owner suggested a private chef and we did that our first night which was wonderful! The rest of the time we took turns cooking in the beautiful well appointed kitchen! The trip was so wonderful!
We had a beautiful family reunion of 16 ages 4 to 84! Everyone enjoyed there time in this beautiful home! There was plenty of room, fun things to walk to, beaches were beautiful and the pool was great! Even did a baptism in the pool! Only problem was our week went too quickly! Thank you!
Beautiful house on north side of island. Close to beach, hiking, golf, etc. Pool was amazing, kitchen spacious. Plenty of parking. Had a small issue with dryer.
Beautiful pool and outside sitting and eating areas and a covered porch area. Great kitchen and living room. Super comfy beds. 800 steps or less to the beach. Fantastic place. Quiet neighborhood.

This property is in an amazing location. Nāpili Bay is just around the corner. Being able to walk to a beach so quickly is everything with a large group. The pool was used for endless fun by the grandkids. Home was decorated nicely and it was well equipped. We made the best memories!!!
We had 3 generations of family members visiting Hawaii. We wanted to walk to the beach and this house was perfect. When not at the beach, the family and especially our 3 year old loved the pool and slide. The house was comfortable and roomy enough for 11 people. Would recommend for other families.

We had an amazing stay at this Maui house. The home was spotless and well equipped. The out door space was a highlight with a Lanai and pool with a water slide that entertained the entire family. The location was perfect within walking distance of Napili Bay, and a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The management company was super responsive making the whole experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again.
Everything was as advertised. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The yard was so much fun for adults and kids. The owner and property manager were both very responsive to all questions and concerns.I highly recommend this property.
A "great room" inside for a large group and lots of lovely outdoor space around the pool makes for a perfect spot to bring your family. I had 11 and the five grandkids - ages 25-16 in one big room and all the adults in nice rooms for each couple. Just a short walk to the beach and a great little coffee shop. Kids are asking to come again! Thanks for making a memory for all of us.

If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around.
We have been traveling as a family of over 16 people to Maui for 10 plus years, this is the best property we have ever rented! Napili Bay is a dream with it's large sandy beach and incredible snorkeling and it's basically in your front yard. The home is in immaculate shape, it felt brand new. The local managers are at your disposal for any thing you need. Thank you for life long memories made, we will certainly be back
