Everything was great. Having the choice of pool or lagoon is wonderful. Had all we wanted in the condo and more.Would definitely stay again.

Host was super nice. Property location was superb. The unit itself is very well maintained and appointed. We won’t hesitate to rent the property again.

Amazing stay at this Villa! Very well appointed, great access to the beach and had all the items one would need for a holiday. Beach chairs, beach towels, beds were comfortable and resort amenities were lovely.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Ko Olina and we will return!

Luxury retreat! The view from the balcony is fantastic and the mornings were beautiful when we opened the patio doors completely (they slide into the wall) for an expansive view from the kitchen while making breakfast. I loved being able to go from beach to pool/hot tub in a distance of a few feet. Check-in was easy. The unit includes beach chairs and beach toys. I love to snorkel and the lagoon is good for that - saw a couple of turtles and plenty of fish.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay on our Oahu vacation. I did a lot of research about the different sides of the island and the hotel/rental options available in each. We are SO GLAD we stayed at Beach Villas in KoAlina. The property was gorgeous, the views from our room were absolutely stunning, and the host and condo unit were wonderfully accommodating and prepared for all the things we would need. The perfect blend of amenitites, privacy, and space! We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful views, clean, and amazing access to pools and the beach. The host was communicative and friendly throughout the whole process. The Villa is stocked with just about everything you need for cooking, pools, beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our host communicated exactly what we needed to do and checked in on us periodically. The staff was very friendly and informative and the amenities were excellent. The villa was outstanding with everything you need for a vacation with a great view of the beach and easy access to the lagoons for swimming and snorkeling.

Our family of 5 adults and 1 two year old really enjoyed our stay at the villa of CQ! The unit is very well equipped including all the chairs and toys for the beach.We enjoyed many dinners on the beautiful lanai watching the sunset. The amenities of the resort are also fantastic.We would love to return one day!

10 days of paradise. Nice to take scenic trips every day and return to our beautiful beach villa, jump in the pool or hot tub, relax have dinner and then off on a new adventure the next day. Convenient to walk over to Disney luau for a night of entertainment, excellent music, dancers, etc. Used Shaka app daily for guided tour each day with history of the island and good stops along the way.

Fantastic property and area. Easy check-in and parking process, very clean, kitchen accessories made it easy to make meals, and beach accessories and towels came in very handy. Overall a great experience with great communication and clear instructions.

This is a beautiful property and the unit is well cared for. The grounds and pools are gorgeous. Communication with both the owner and onsite management was easy and responsive. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. The photos and description are accurate. We would defintely stay again!

This place was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with everything anyone could need for a beach vacation from beach chairs, cooler, cart, and equipment. The lanai was spectacular with unbelievable views of the pools, coi ponds, lagoon beach, and beautiful sunset. Very relaxing!We explored a number of other beach areas on the island and all agreed our lagoon beach was one of the nicest. We'd go back in a heartbeat! Our host was also one of the best! Be sure to check out Monkeypod, Mina's Fish House and the Island Market (ABC store).

We all had a wonderful visit. The villa was clean, had plenty of bath and beach towels. Enough pots and pans for cooking. Beautiful balcony for morning coffee. Enough space for all of us and a lovely round dining table for family meals. One little hiccup repair but was handled efficiently. Mahalo

Beautiful views of ocean and pool/gardens/koi ponds. Super clean 3 bedroom villa, great AC and water pressure. The owner and management communicate very well and provide clear instructions. The tiki bar is awesome too, great drinks and snacks. Will definitely be back for a longer stay!

My friends, family, and I had a wonderful stay in Ko'Olina. The host was super helpful from the start of the booking process through to our last day staying in their beautiful condo. I would definitely return to stay here should we cone back to Hawaii. And we certainly do want to thanks to our experience.

We stayed for a week with my family and in-laws. This space was perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. The place had everything we needed, including necessities for cooking and a ton of toys and beach gear for easy trips to the lagoon. The view from the lanai was top notch, we’re glad we shelled out a little extra for the view and extra bedroom!

Our family of six had an absolutely incredible week at the Ko Olina Beach Villas! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property, breathtaking ocean views, and top-notch amenities. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we loved having our morning coffee on the lanai while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The resort pools were fantastic for the kids, and the lagoon was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We also appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere compared to the busier areas of Oahu.The location was ideal—close to great dining, shopping, and activities, yet still a private paradise. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking for a luxurious and memorable Hawaiian getaway!

Great stay for large Families

What a lovely experience! The whole property was beautiful and relaxing. Really nice that there was a designated quiet pool in addition to a more family-friendly one. Unit 702 was comfortable, well stocked -- everything from beach chairs and snorkel gear to a high chair and playing cards -- and has a gorgeous view. We loved the pools and the lagoons and also enjoyed the walking path along the beach. The included parking space was a really nice bonus. The owner is quick to respond to messages and so friendly. Would love to stay here again sometime. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Visited Oahu for a week and stayed at this property again. All amenities were available as described in the listing. It’s a great get away from the busy city of Honolulu and Waikiki area. The lagoons were relaxing and not crowded. The chairs, umbrella and wagon provided extra convenience when going to the lagoons. The pools and hot tubs on the property were well maintained. Convenient parking for guests too. Will definitely come back!

This condo worked perfectly for our two families, pair of private elevators opens to hallway for just 23 bedroom units. Wall of windows slides open each morning for amazing ocean and sunset views. Kids had a great time at the pool and beach, cocktails and live music in the evenings. Would not hesitate at all to stay again.

As a bucket list trip for my husband with cancer we found this property and decided to go for it! It was amazing. The location, the views, the amenities are truly unmatched. A wonderful property for our first visit to the islands.

Overall wonderful stay. Unit is ready for some minor upkeep and repair, but her team was great at responding to any issues or concerns. Would stay again.

Me and my family and our cousin and his family stayed at this property. It was beautiful with absolutely amazing views. The check in process was straightforward. But the house rules are definitely strictly enforced. Be prepared to go to bed by 9pm if you stay at this resort. We were out on the balcony and had a few noise complaints. There was also a friendly reminder about clothes on the lanai. All in all it was good. But definitely on the quieter side.

The beach villa was amazing! When we go back this is the place we will stay every time. CQ was awesome and always responded right away if we had a question. The condo was beautiful and clean and the views were spectacular.

Amazing View from the Lanai, 3 generous bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as a really nice kitchen, for me and my family a place like this makes it so much more enjoyable on vacation to be able to stretch out and have our own space and chill or cook when we want or take a few steps to a pool or beach when we want. They had a lot of great beach and pool equipment, snorkels, boogie boards, etc. Parking is super easy as well, a few steps from the elevator that goes right to a small foyer that only has two condos on it, I think we saw people in the elevator 2-3 times in the week we were there. It feels really private but also has amenities that make it fun for adults and kids. There is also a really cool beach bar close to the pool that has a small amount of food and snacks so you don't totally miss some of the resort amenities of a large resort. We'd definitely stay again.

Loved the location. Much quieter and laid back than Honolulu area. Condo looked just like pictures. Lots of room and spectacular view

We rented the 3 bedroom for our family of 5 and it’s very spacious , clean just exactly like in the website

This was our first time staying Ko Olina Beach Villas. Check-in was nice, the person was kind and helpful showing us the important pieces. We loved how close the property is to the beach and we mostly used the pool that was 3/4ft pool. My daughter loves feeding the koi fish each day. The home was nice, beds were comfortable, and view from the condo was lovely. We really appreciated the elevator access that was close also. Shower and big bath tub were nice for my little one. Housekeeping could do better but other than that we would stay here again.

CQ and team were wonderful hosts. From welcoming us on our very late check-in, to keeping up communications throughout our stay, we felt very well taken care of! The property is exactly as described. We especially loved the view from our lanai (wow!) to easy access to the heated pool where our kiddos splashed every day, to the gorgeous lagoon a 2 minute walk away. We could not have been more relaxed or happier with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was comfortable and clean, property was well maintained and in close proximity to great food, golf, beaches and marina. CQ was an attentive host and available to answer any questions. We look forward to returning!

A lovely property well maintained. The property has a lot of nice amenities, was well maintained and peaceful so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. There are few restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We travelled as a family group and the apartment was so well set up for us with each room very separate from each other and fantastic big bathrooms. The view was beautiful and the resort has such great pools for the whole family. We’d love to come back someday.

The property was gorgeous! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We enjoyed opening the patio doors and watching sunset outside. The property had everything we needed and more especially with a little one. The grounds were beautiful, check-in was easy, semi private elevator and parking spot was great, and there was a trash chute on the same floor too. I can’t wait to bring back more family members with us next time!

The condo was well maintained, supplied with beach supplies, and had an incredible view. Very happy with our stay that the beach villas!
