The property was very well maintained and clean. Wish the pool was heated though. We were there in April, and the water was chilly. Spa was heated and it was great. No floats or noodles at the house that we saw. Beds were extremely comfortable and we felt very safe in the neighborhood and area. Great location and we would definitely go back.
We were blown away with how beautiful this house and property were. It was quiet and had everything we needed. We loved the retractable walls to enjoy the fresh island breeze throughout the day. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grill on the patio was perfect for grilling up fish and burgers.Hot tub was delightful just allow enough time for it to heat after you turnnit on.We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making it such a wonderful place to be.
We loved the house… great pool.. nice size for three couples.. the only issue was the lower level AC did not work.. called owners and it took 3 days for repair to show up. He was not able to repair. We read on reviews that this was a problem with other renters .. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. I think they knew about the issue and did not repair before we got there..
This property was so beautiful, perfect location, amazing private pool/hot tub and SO CLEAN. We were so impressed with the maintenance of the home and would definitely recommend as well as stay again. Check in process was also a breeze and they also checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Overall a WONDERFUL vacation!
Our experience renting this property was overall good. It is a great location with a beautiful pool area and amenities. However, we had a bad experience trying to get a hold of the property manager early on in our stay and throughout the stay. Initially we realized the AC in the house was not functioning properly. We tried our best to resolve the issue but then turned to the property manager to assist with the issue so we could be comfortable in the property. We received multiple texts that the issue would be addressed/someone would come over and look at the unit. That never happened after multiple follow ups. The guest staying in the downstairs were not too thrilled sleeping in the heat for the entirety of their stay. We referenced the directory book and there was simply not enough information in there regarding AC operation/troubleshooting. Also there was not enough information in the directory on how to use some of the technology in the house including the TV which is strange. I consider myself to be somewhat tech savvy and the TVs in the house were simply not user friendly at all. I even reached out to the property manager to get some assistance on the TV with no success. More resources need to be provided so guests can use these amenities.
We were a family of four. Our two children also brought their significant others. Six total. The house layout was great. Sliders opening from the kitchen to the patio, pool, hot tub. After returning from the day’s activities we spent the late afternoons here. House has a Sonos system so poolside tunes made it fun. The master everything was great. Each bedroom had its own bath. House was wonderfully landscaped. Very private. The Parrish collection was the property manager. Great communication. Not inexpensive to rent for a week. But a great value. I definitely felt it was worth it and would stay here again.
