The house is amazing - it was great for our large family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all items we needed to create incredible meals, the lanai/view/pool is stunning, there were tons of beach going amenities available for us to use, and the neighborhood was quiet and very safe. The property managers were prompt communicators and were available within minutes when we had questions. I would book this property again in an instant - highly recommend!!!
We had an incredible stay at Maluhia Makai this past week for 5 nights, and can't wait to go back. The location is stellar - close to shops and beaches, and it's a beautiful neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Our kids (4 and 1) loved the pool and the bunk bed room, and our whole family enjoyed the outdoor/indoor living. The house is equipped with everything we needed including beach toys, pool toys, chairs, coolers, and more, and they even brought a high chair over when we asked if one was available. Thank you for an amazing stay in this beautiful home.
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The pool provided endless fun for the kids, and the service and communication throughout our stay were excellent. Overall, a first-class experience—we would gladly return.

Gorgeous property, well appointed, comfy beds, delightful pool...I could go on and on! Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. I only have one suggestion. More dishes and silverware are needed for a family of 9. There was an abundance of everything else we needed.

Beautiful property with all amenities - perfect for extended family vacation. Kids loved the private pool, comfy hammock, and movies on the lanai. Well equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home or ordering in. Close to shopping, restaurants and beach.
We absolutely loved this property. Very nice amenities in a beautiful setting. Nicely centrally located. A great house to relax in, with a great patio and pool in the backyard! The hammock was icing on the cake. Malia was great to work with! We will be staying here again!
This house is very well managed and maintained. It is the perfect getaway. We spent a lot of time just hanging out at the house as it was plenty of space for all of us, nine in all, to enjoy family time together. Malia and her team are amazing to work with. The house is perfectly located away from Lihue, and yet very convenient to any amenity that you need. Less than five minutes to the beach, restaurant, pharmacy, store, etc. It's a very quiet and well-kept neighborhood. We are already working on next year's dates to go back!
The size and location of this property were perfect for our family. Having three spacious king rooms for the adults was key, and the kid cousins loved sharing the bunk bed room. The kitchen is well laid out and allowed for multiple people to prepare meals. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and dining table. The pool and waterfall are great, and we all loved lounging in the hammock. The hosts were fantastic, and there is a great notebook to guide you through everything in the house and local area. We love Poipu and Koloa, and the house is perfectly located. We really appreciated Malia providing us with a beautiful cake for my Moms birthday, which was the day we arrived. Really above and beyond and started our trip off in a fantastic way.
Beautiful home, lots of space. Perfect for our larger family, and the bunk room (and the pool) was the highlight for the kids. Amazing space to cook, eat, and gather when we weren't at the beach (only 7 minutes by car), plus restaurants, grocery, and activities. Must-stay location for anyone who prefers activities at the south end of the island. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

This house was everything we could have wanted and more! Perfect for the six adults and two children. Close to several beaches and town. The pool was amazing and we practically lived in the outdoor area! Great fun watching the golfers, and there was actually more of a water view then we expected. We would highly recommend this host and how to come back!!
