Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds.
The 4th bedroom with (2) twin XL mattresses that can be joined to make a King with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The large unbelievably comfortable couch in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie UltraHD 4K TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:
• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment, and more!
• Supplies and instructions how to build an amazing large sand castle with your kids.
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

We use enhanced cleaning protocols with electrostatic cleaners to disinfect and sanitize the entire home.
Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away is the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

This place greatly exceeded our expectations. So many things you may want are there including, lots of beach towels, beach toys and chairs, a kitchen that’s loaded with cutlery, pots, pans etc., tons of space, great neighborhood, and lots of close options for beaches and pools. I could go on. Sometimes vacation rentals are not as advertised. This one greatly exceeds expectations when compared to the add online. I would definitely go back. We even think this may be a great area to retire to.

This vacation rental was everything we hoped for and more! It easily accommodated our group of 7, spanning 3 generations. It met the needs of everyone in our group and we were so sad to have to leave. The Hilton passes and access to the private beach club included in our stay, were a huge hit for the kids!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. This beautiful home offered our family of 8 the space each person needed as well as the beautiful common space for our whole group, both inside the home and on the lanai. With its beautiful views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets each night we couldn't have been happier with this home. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to prepare meals at home. The barbecue was so nice to cook the fresh fish that we had bought. If you have a large group or family, this is the home for you.
This property exceeded our expectations! Our group was 3 couples and 2 teenagers. The bedroom set up was perfect and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was all high quality. Basic spices and oils were available. Communication was excellent and the Island Guide they provided was super helpful. The pools are about a 5min walk and there were plenty of chairs available. All beach amenities were available in the garage and it was a short drive to the beach club. The Mauna Lani area is very quiet- which I loved! It’s about a 30min drive to Kona for any major activities (we did a Zodiac tour for snorkeling and rented e-bikes). We would stay here again- thanks for a wonderful vacation!
My husband and I plus our 3 adult children and their spouses enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and fans provided circulation. The thermostat is locked at 72 degrees. If you want it cooler there is an AC surcharge. The property is within driving distance of the Mauna Lani Beach Club where we enjoyed a white sandy beach and snorkeling. The home had a garage full of everything you need for a day at the beach including coolers, chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. We also enjoyed riding their bikes and working out at the small workout facility (less than 5 minute walk) adjacent to the two well maintained pools. Highly recommend!

This was a great location to get around the island. Granted, it's a big island, but it's near a grocery store, great beaches and anything else you could want. And the access to the rest of the island is easy. The house itself was great and came with all the amenities a family needs to enjoy their stay in Hawaii.
