Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people. The outdoor dining table can seat 6 with 4 around the expansive kitchen countertop. The large, comfy sleeper sectional and chair are perfect for lounging, watching a movie or the big game, or just relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect place to hang out together, playing games, listen to music on the sound-bar, or relax with a movie.
The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.
The downstairs lanai, the pool area, is where the fun begins and ends each day. Enjoy an early morning dip in the pool, or soothe your sore muscles after a day snorkelling, paddle boarding or hiking, or for celebrating that win at tennis or golf. Enjoy the sound of the chirping birds, the splish-splash of the grandchildren in the pool, or the laughter of friends relaxing on the lanai.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!
A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Wonderful place to stay! It was plenty spacious for our group of 12. Had everything we needed. Loved the location and peaceful neighborhood. Host were quick and easy to communicate with. Our only recommendation would be a new washer (it didn’t seem to clean well) and more wash cloths. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place
Our stay was lovely and with 12 family members it never felt crowded. The open kitchen, family room was great for gathering. We loved having the access to the Hilton pool and Mauna lani beach club. Would definitely stay again

We had three generations of family stay here and all of us loved it! The accommodations were clean and very comfortable (especially the beds). The location was perfect (close to beaches, shops, and restaurants) and the private pool and hot tub were a wonderful treat. We would absolutely stay here again.
It met all of our expectations...12 adults/kids. The pool/hot tub made all the difference. Great space. Well equipped. The Club was wonderful, we had our 50th anniversary dinner at Napua and we enjoyed the food/view/ambiance. Perfect location..putting green and garbage bins within 50 feet. The local pool/workout room was very nice as well.
The house location was beautiful and our family loved the private pool.
Good size and location for family gathering.
There were 12 of us and the house is plenty big. The main room has tons of seating so we could all eat together. We had an 8 month old and they provided a high chair, pack and play, and monitor. It was very clean and stocked really well. Plenty of beach/pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, bath towels, soap, and even spices. The location was great. There is a private beach (not walking distance) and 2 other nice beaches within 10-15 minutes drive. The upstairs lanai overlooking the golf course was my favorite spot! The only down side with the location is all excursions were in Kona, a 40 minute drive and the baby didn’t like that! Our older kids had no problem with the drive. Shout out to Lava Java in Waikoloa Village where we had our last breakfast heading to the airport…they were fantastic!
It was as advertised. Floors could have been cleaner.
We were a family of 5 children (age 3-12) and 6 adults that stayed here. The house was perfect for us in that everyone was able to sleep in a room, thus leaving the whole living area to enjoy at all times. The Lanai was a real treat to eat meals and we made great use of the well stocked kitchen and Lanai BBQ. The kids were able to swim in the very warm house pool, as well as the large resort pool which was just a short walk away. The house came well supplied with spare fins, snorkel equipment, bikes, and beach supplies for the excellent snorkeling at Mauna Lani beach. Communication with the host was easy, responsive, and convenient and they were able to accommodate our late check-out request, and since some had flights that didn't leave until 10pm, it was very much appreciated. For our families purposes, we could not have asked for a more ideal spot.
It was the perfect house for our family (6 adults and 4 teenagers). Great location. Best equipped kitchen ever. Loved having our own pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend this house.
