The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large 65" UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, minigolf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Great property, location, and service.
Walking in the front door to the view of the pool was a great experience. The floor plan is perfect! The house was very clean, but there were tiny black ants on the countertop between the sink and the stove (no food was left out and all counters cleaned after use) and the morning we left there was a 1.5 inch scorpion in the kitchen sink! The individual bathroom with hallway access has a serious waterline issue. When a person takes a shower it has a very loud high pitch noise.
This home is in a new development in Waikoloa Beach. The homes are thoughtfully designed, constructed, and maintained. The home is very private, well landscaped and has a lot of lawn space for play. The pool and hot tube are great and the covered lanai has a comfy seating area and dining space, large enough for our 10 member family. The four bedroom home is high quality and well maintained. Bed linens, towels and mattresses were all high end quality. The home provided a great spot for our weeklong Thanksgiving vacation, and exceeded our expectations.
The pool was a big hit with our young teens. They had the volleyball net up and had an hours of fun. The home was well cared for, everything one could think of was on site. We had an excellent stay!

We stayed here to celebrate my father in laws 75th birthday and it was perfect! The house is completely loaded! If you can think of it they probably have it. Our kids loved the pool and the volleyball net was definitely put to work for some tournaments. The extras in the garage were perfection for our beach trips. Boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, towels and chairs. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The house came with it all. Now to the pool alarm… Alarm is very annoying but once figured out it was no big deal. We did wish there was an option to keep the doors open and the screen shut with out the alarm going crazy. Overall we had a great stay! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much for opening your house.
A truly wonderful house and prime location with everything a family will need. Close to terrific beaches, reactants, and shopping, but yet in your own private paradise. Having your own private pool and hot tub was a total hit with everyone, especially the kids. The pool allarm is a nuisance, but it’s the law so live with it-it’s a first world problem! A truly perfect place for our reunion.
It's a great property for multiple people (or big family). It has all of the amenities for staying in and preparing meals. Eating out options are available with quick few minute drive. Beach gears are fully stocked with tents, umbrellas, cooler, trolley, you name it they have it. When the beaches are too packed, staying in and hanging out at the house pool is nice. The only small inconvenience is sharing the master bath with the room next to it.
The property was beautiful and decorated immaculately. The garage is full of all the beach umbrellas, chairs and misc stuff that you'll need for beach time. The layout of the house is a bit odd but manageable. We did see ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The pool was supposed to be heated and may have been but not to the comfortable temperature stated. It was always too cool to enjoy staying in for any length of time. This really impacted the amount of time we would have stayed in the pool. I called the property manager several times to let them know and asked them to send someone out to check on the pool heater. That never happened and this was never resolved to our satisfaction. The spa did heat up and was enjoyable.
Stayed here with my family and sister’s family. Age ranges were as young as 12 all the way up to 75. House was clean, well stocked with everything we would need to enjoy our stay. Home provided beach items we could use while we stayed there and the pool was a hit with everyone (had some crazy games of valley all out there). Once you get used to how to use the sliding door alarm (lol) this place is highly recommended for all. Very close to restaurants and hotel shopping and local shops and stores as well. I don’t typically write reviews, I would stay here again if we were visiting the island.
It's a beautiful, new home with modern conveniences. Loved the quiet new neighborhood close to Queen's and King's Shops. Great pool and nice extras like bikes and beach gear. We were sad that the hammock and pool net seen in the pictures were not available. The sliding door alarms are a real drag, but required by law it seems. Great management.
