Keith was a perfect host. Welcoming, informative and proud of the family's condo. Much to be proud of. Perfect view, very comfortable and the layout takes advantage of viewing the splendors that God gave us on the Napoli Coast. Well equipped and well taken care of.

Keith the host was amazing, as it’s been stated in previous reviews. He has everything, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, coolers etc. The kitchen was loaded with everything.

Our stay at Keith’s place was wonderful. He was a very welcoming and thoughtful host that went out of his way to make us feel at home. The condo was great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful view and outdoor space. The sunsets and views were incredible. It was an easy walk out the back door to the pool and very quick to get to the trail leading to Hideaway’s Beach, one of our all time favorites. It was easy to get to the shops in Princeville. The interior was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessities we could want. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the rooms worked well for our family of 4, especially the two twin beds in the second bedroom. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the north part of Kauai.

Family and I had a great stay, Keith is a great host. Property is beautiful with beautiful views and amenities. Keith provided great recourses and recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. Property is nicely designed, and has all the beach going accessories you need. We will be definitely staying here again and highly recommend anyone looking to explore beautiful Kauai.

This place is absolutely amazing! Views, amenities, hospitality, etc was all top notch. Everything you can possibly need in the kitchen was provided. Additionally, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, beach chairs, umbrella were all provided. If we come back to Kauai we're staying here for sure!!

Keith's residence was an absolute GEM of a find in Kauai. This was my first time visiting in Kauai and initially, I was planning on staying in Hanalei but when I came across Keith's location in Princeville, I couldn't resist booking my stay there. It was also very close to Hanalei, so a win there as well! From the moment I booked the property, Keith introduced himself and provided thoughtful suggestions for my first time in Kauai. When I arrived, I was speechless when I entered the residence. The views were 10/10 and the amount of detail in every inch of the place was amazing. I thought I was thorough, but WOW, I think Keith beat me there. The place was immaculate for cleanliness. There were plenty of beach items for me to use around the island. The kitchen was stocked with everything you basically needed just like I was in my own home. Prior to coming to Kauai, I stayed in Maui for 7 days and although both places were nice; Keith's hospitality, responsiveness and care that he put in the residence placed my Kauai stay way over the top. Keith, Mahalo for making my trip one of the most amazing vacations I have had. You should win TOP HOST of the year with your rental! Can't wait to return! Aloha!

The condo had everything we needed and more. Our host was super helpful, going over and above to ensure we had the best possible stay. The beds were luxurious. Every piece of Tech available you can imagine. Incredible views. Cannot rate this place high enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The host Keith showed tremendous hospitality and provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, activities, beaches, etc. The condo is on a cliff with a gorgeous view, and there is beach access below via steep trail. We can't wait to return!

My husband and 2 teenage sons spent a few days here before Christmas and it was truly magical! The owner checked in multiple times and was very responsive. The size of this property and attention to details such as having stocked cooking staples, laundry detergent, games etc. made it feel like a home away from home. We loved staying here and hope to be back in the future!

Keith was an absolutely wonderful host for our family vacation. Honestly, I'm weary to write this review because this is such a perfect experience; I don't want to let the secret out. I would 100% stay in this condo again- the location was perfect for our family, the view was incredible and the condo itself was just beautiful. I would say this is the best rental home we've ever stayed in.

From the moment we chose this property, we never regretting our decision for a moment. First off, the communication with the host (Keith) was helpful and timely. One gets the definite impression that he wants you to not only enjoy his property, but also your time in Hawaii. The information he provided ahead of time (the Carlson Guide for example) was invaluable and more complete than that shared by any host I've ever dealt with in past rentals. The property itself is lovely and comfortable. Sitting out on the lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee and being greeting with a rainbow over the ocean was a special treat. The kitchen has everything you could want in terms of preparing meals. It's one of the most thoroughly equipped kitchens in a rental property I've ever experienced. The bedding was really comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the northern part of the island. For those wishing to venture to the beach, the unit is well-equipped for a day of snorkeling or riding the waves on a boogie board, though we didn't take advantage of it. Having a chance to grill out on the lanai was fantastic. Oh, and the pool on the property was so refreshing! The scenery from the property is spectacular. Loved having a grocery store a short distance from the unit. The store is well stocked, though like everything on Kauai, you'll experience sticker shock at the cost of groceries. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We have stayed in the Puu Poa before but this unit was perfect for us. The outside setting on the porch was so nice and the sunsets were amazing. The owner had a lot of information of his favorites in the area and we used his recommendations a lot with great success. Perfect start to our time in Hawaii. Thank You Keith!

What a fabulous stay we had at Puu Poa #111. Keith is such a fantastic host. Apart from the very detailed instructions and info via standard channels, he left a personalized Welcome video message on the Alexa device, which we found such a lovely way of introduction! Keith also regularly checked whether things were ok during our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern with super comfy mattresses and linen, powerful AC, plus very good appliances and utensils, as well as tons of beach gear. Views from the apartment are to die for, can’t get any better. Plus we loved the ground floor giving us access to the yard and swimming pool. This was a beautiful property. Very clean and nicely furnished. Surroundings were quiet. We were fortunate to experience many beautiful sunsets on the Lanai as well as a huge Rainbow one morning. The property was easy to access. close to the beach, shops and Farmers Markets.

Our stay at this location was amazing. The home was super clean and included so many amenities like snorkel gear, toiletries, even some pantry items for easy cooking. The view from the lanai outside was one of the best we had all during our visit to Kauai. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive.

This roomy condo had everything our family needed. We loved being on the lower level with a spacious lanai and grass to walk out on. We were visited by NeNes, red crested cardinals, myna birds, cattle egrets and sparrows. We saw several albatross fly by. WiFi was great, cell phone coverage was not so good. Sunsets over Bali Hai were phenomenal. We'd love to come back.

Watched whales from the lanai with morning coffee; enjoyed beautiful sunsets from there as well. Best stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware of any of the VRBO’s I have stayed in.

This unit is fabulous. Has everything you need, owner is extremely responsive and helpful. And the location is spectacular. You walk off the lanai onto a plush lawn that is on a cliff with full ocean view. During our stay we saw whales daily and enjoyed watching the surfers. The only slight negative with this unit is the stairs. While technically a ground floor unit, there are 2+ flights of stairs to get down to it, so this should be a consideration if you have mobility issues. Other wise I can't say enough good things about the experience. Definitely recommend.

From booking to check-out, our experience with Keith and this location was magnificent. Set perfectly along the coastline, Pu'u Poa 111 offered a beautiful, quiet escape with close access to the pool and beach. The condo itself was a haven of elegance and comfort. Every detail, from the beautiful decor to the plush furnishings, exuded luxury. The spacious layout allowed room for all of us to relax, while the views of the ocean from the living area and lanai were breathtaking. What truly set this condo apart were its thoughtful amenities. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, the provided soaps and shampoos were amazing, and the private fully stocked lanai provided a perfect spot for watching the waves and sunsets. The attention to detail was evident in the quality of linens, the cleanliness of the space, and the modern appliances—all of which enhanced the overall experience. The access to the lawn was a game-changer for us. We could walk out to the cliff, lounge in grass, or watch the birds and nene. The provided outdoor gear—chairs, umbrellas, etc.—added an extra layer of convenience. Keith deserves applause for his attentiveness and professionalism. Any questions or needs were promptly answered, contributing to a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. If we head back to this area, staying here again is our first priority!
