It was a great stay! Will definitely book here again!

This was a wonderful home base for my North Shore trip! The condo was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, books/games, Brita water pitcher, and more. The host had great communication and provided easy/clear instructions for check-in (entry codes, wifi, etc). For anyone with mobility issues or who prefers to avoid the stairway to the loft bedroom, I can personally vouch that the futon couch in the living room is quite comfy to sleep on! And last but not least, the view is even more lovely than the pictures show - you can even see peeks of the ocean through the trees. Would gladly stay here again!

Bathroom was unusable for an entire morning due to plumber coming

The apartment was in a perfect location for us. It was a 8 min walk to Ritz Carlton and the beach. Area is peaceful, serene and gorgeous. Apartment is just like described. Clean and cozy and has everything you might need. Highly recommended.

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and well supplied. The variety of teas was a nice surprise! We enjoyed them! Thank you!

Great place walking distance for many things.

Host was very helpful and informative and was always there if we needed any help. I would stay here again especially for the price point if you’re vacationing on a budget. Unit was clean and very comfortable for a studio.

Nice location and nice apartment. Air conditioning is a bit outdated compared to the other units around. Microwave didn’t open. Dust behind the TV and at the portable fan units.

Door code didn’t work. Couldn’t contact host. Had to move to a hotel down the road. Customer service was nice and refunded stay plus 50%. Pretty lame showing up to our condo at 8:30 pm in the dark and not being able to get in. Luckily the hotel had by the PCC had vacancy or we’d have to drive all the way back to Honolulu!

We had a great stay here! The house was fully stocked and very clean. We would stay again.

Was terribly hot in the condo when we first got there. Would be nice to have had the air already on before arriving. Took a good 5-6 hours to cool down. Other than that it was fine

Was not clean when we arrived. Dorito chip mess on floor and furniture. Dirty bathroom with pee on toilet, black whiskers and toothpaste in and aound sink. Had to make the bed and vacuum and sweep the floors, & fold a dryer full of towels before we could finally relax. The microwave door wouldn't open without force and prying. Security light above the front door flashed off and on all night, every night of our stay. Apart from that, we had a nice stay. Bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed the location of this rental — it’s in a prime spot with easy access to all the North Shore amenities and Turtle Bay Resort. The area is peaceful, and the condo came fully stocked with basics plus thoughtful extras like a beach umbrella and chair. The washer and dryer were a great bonus, and the bed (even without a frame) was very comfortable.The condo was clean, though it does feel a bit worn in places. One thing to note is that the brown bath and facial towels had an odd odor once wet, even after washing — replacing these would be an easy improvement. The AC policy of turning it off during the day meant the condo was quite warm when we returned, so keeping it on a low setting might make guests more comfortable.Overall, this was a convenient and well-equipped home base for exploring the North Shore, and with a few small updates, it could be even better

Clean condo. Remodeled interior. A large TV with Disney plus and Roku and other cable networks

We liked everything except the stairs up to the bedroom. They were difficult maneuvering if you had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and were half asleep. Very clean property.

Property was very clean and kept up. The Host communicated well. This was a nice quiet getaway on the North Shore of Oahu. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect as we preferred being out of the city area. Close to MANY beaches. The amenities were perfect - washer/dryer, dishwasher, and beach towls! Very clean unit and sofa bed in living room was quite comfortable. If I ever return to Oahu, I would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfectly located for some great beaches, trails and access east and west of the Island. It has views over the golf course and only minutes away from wonderful beaches to swim and snorkel. We saw turtles in and out the water nearby. The facilities were just what we needed and we would definitely return here and recommend to anyone.

The reason we chose this place is location and price. I hated that the bathroom was downstairs from the bedroom, but I knew this booking it. There were a few roaches, but that can be expected in Hawaii. Still not pleasant. We didn't cook or hang out much in the condo, but loved being able to go on walks on the beach in the mornings. The air conditioner is downstairs, and you sleep upstairs, so it was toasty sleeping. Overall, it was sufficient, but not a luxury experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

everything was kindness

We have family on the North Shore and were here for a milestone birthday party. There were only two of us in the unit and it was perfect for our stay. Clean, great amenities, excellent communication with host. There was an amazing selection of loose leaf teas and a convenient tea brewer. The unit was a perfect home base in between family gatherings.

The view was amazing. Can’t wait to return!

Nice clean condo unit on a golf course. Good location to visit Waimea Falls , Haleiwa, and the Polynesian Center. Very comfortable sleeping loft. Ritz Carlton right down the road. Great for sunset watching. Huge TV with more than basic cable for a late night movie.

Nice appartement on golf course. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Good a/c and fan, but quite warm to sleep under the roof. Fully equiped kitchen and beach gear. Safe and quiet place.

It was nice to have our own space.The place was clean and well stocked. The only negative was construction noise in the apartment next door one of the days we were there but that is not anything the owner had control over. We just decided to leave and explore for the day.

The condo was in a wonderful location next to beautiful Turtle Bay right on the golf course. Parking was awesome. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and Joel was super quick to respond with the few questions we had. We highly recommend and plan to stay again someday!

I found my condo comfortable, clean and excellent for my needs...The owner has done a nice job modernizing the appliances and bathroom. If you're looking for a resort hotel, this is not it but rather a nice comfortable condo that meet my needs quite well. Thanks to all for the upkeep.

We loved this place. Has many items like coffee and tea , laundry soap, shampoo etc. made it very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again, great location, close to Waimea valley, bonsai pipeline, and Polynesian cultural center... All must sees on the north shore!

The location was perfect.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay on Turtle Bay. Leave the light on in the hallway at night to make the stairs easier to navigate in the dark.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for vacation. To say this place was excellent would be an understatement. Place was clean, easy accessible area, and had everything we could need. We are runners so we ran through turtle bay resort every morning . That was one of the best perks of this place. So safe and so easy to get around. The host had coffee available , snorkel gear (we brought our own but the gesture was appreciated), beach chairs and everything else someone would want when they want to feel at home on vacation. I would recommend this place to everyone .

Overall a great stay! The location is awesome, right up against the golf course and within a 10 minute walk to Turtle Bay. The condo was super comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

I stayed with my college-age son as we did college tours on Oahu. The property was pristinely clean and that immediately impressed me. I appreciated the location because I am a country-girl at heart and don't like being in "town" when I am on Oahu. The convenience of the property was great for being all over the island. The space was great for the two of us and would have been fine for up to three or four. The kitchen had a good stock of cooking things. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The air conditioner worked well and there were fans available. Communication with host was super great. I will likely return multiple times visiting my son at school on Oahu. No complaints at all. One observation for future travelers....if you like cushy t.p., bring your own.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! This is the perfect condo for 2 - the pool is right outside and Turtle Bay resort is a short walk away. The condo is clean and updated. The property manager communicated well letting us know when we could check in. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

This rental was perfect for our family of 3. The house is equipped with everything you need during your stay - kitchen supplies, bedding, beach chairs etc. It is very clean and comfortable. The beach and a cute cafe are only a short walk away which was very convenient. Didn’t have any trouble or questions during our stay but the owner was easy to reach and helpful during check in and check out. A new pullout couch was delivered before we checked in and my teenage son said it was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Check in was super easy, this place has all the amenities you need. Very relaxing stay, amazing view. The sofa bed was broken but was able to find the blow-up mattress. We didn’t go to the community pool but turtle bay beach is just right outside. Easy short drive to town like Haleiwa and Kahuku. We even went to the PCC which was only a 10/15 min drive for a full day of events. Highly recommend if you have small families coming to North Shore.

We had a great time at the property and the host (Host) and his housekeeper (Michelle) were fantastic and helped us find great places to go to and things to do. Also, Joel was very gracious with our schedule. The property is a no-brainer for people wishing to stay in the Turtle Bay area. You can visit the resort or not and the value for this condo far exceeds what you would get at the resort. We had no complaints and everything was as stated, perfect and spotless. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if we wanted to stay near the resort. 10 stars.

Nice condo for two people at a relaxed resort. Close to all the North Shore attractions. View of the golf course but several beautiful beaches are a 5 min walk away. Nice walking trails to some secluded beaches as well!

Overall this place is fantastic, the area is beautiful and the house is clean, well taken care of and a great choice. The view out over the golf course is fantastic and there are a ton of amenities that you can take advantage of. The only negatives are the stairs, very steep and with a downstairs bathroom they can be scary to navigate while half asleep. The tv had been broken by the previous renter and the owner and the cleaner were extremely quick to work with us and get a time to replace it. Huge shout out to Michell and her husband who were beyond friendly and honestly a highlight of staying was their hospitality and helpfulness. The only reason for not having a 5 star across the board was between us not being at the house and the owner being busy we weren’t ever able to get the sign in process for the tv fully complete. Check in and out was a breeze and one of the easiest I have done through VRBO. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great North Shore stay.

Very satisfied with location and amenities. Enjoyed North Shores but Covid has closed several of the area restaurants. The golf coarse is open and you can walk to the clubhouse and restaurant. Everything was easy to get to and enjoy.

Easy walk to beach and to Turtle Bay Resort. Liked that the villa had a washer & dryer and full kitchen. Biggest concern was sleeping up in loft- steep stairs a little tricky getting bathroom (on bottom floor) in middle of the night. Overall, great place to stay!

Stairs are dangerous. Sofa bed was broke so had to sleep on it as a couch.

Stayed here together with my wife and our daughter, and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect, calm and relaxing and 10 minutes’ walk to the closest beach. Nice view of the golf course and you can even spot the ocean in the distance. Would definitely consider to stay here again.

Everything was absolutely FABULOUS!!! Veryyyyy easy check-in, just follow the directions. I only stayed 3 days and what a teaser. Next time I'll definitely book at least a week or more!!! Communication with Joel was quick and easy!!! I consider myself veryyyyy lucky to have found this property!!!

The condo was a great value and we enjoyed staying there. The Cons are, the bed is on the floor, there is no lamp next to the bed, there really needs to be another chair in the living room. However even with those cons, it is a great place to stay for the money. Very easy process to check in and out, lots of places to walk to that are close, great beaches.

Location convenient for Turtle Bay beaches and walking trails. Bed was too soft. Couch was terrible. We had to sit on extra blankets to avoid slipping off onto the floor. Elaborate Entertainment Center was pointless with no comfortable place to sit. Kitchen adequate but dated.

The couch needs to go. It has no support to sit on it. I would recommend a nice sofa that could pull out an extra bed. I bought extra kitchen utensils and left them there. Your first day there you are greeted by the next door neighbor asking you to keep your AC off as much as possible because of the noise it makes in their condo. One burner on the stove doesn't work. But overall for the price it was a nice place and location.
