Waikiki Beach Modern Condo for Rent

Balcony view ok, bedding and pillows were horrible, the worst. Need to invest in new bedding, before I’ll come back there

The view was amazing! The place was comfortable and cozy. The people in the place directly above were very noisy, sometimes into the late hours of night. That being said, this place was very nice and in a great location.

This is our second time staying at this appartment. It’s clean, spacious and has the best location.We will be back soon. Thank you.

Pool area is under construction, And has been since April. It Would have been nice to know that. I fellLike they should have said something about that for sure.

The room was very clean and more than enough room for my husband and I. Location was great, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Host responded fast. Had a wonderful stay here. Will be back for sure!!

Beautiful view! I got to watch the sunrise every morning. Great location just a few blocks to Waikīkī beach and lots of restaurants. Loved that there were beach supplies provided, it made it super easy to just grab & go. Would stay again in a heartbeat

It was unfortunate that all the amenities were unavailable- due to a total remodel but we made the most of the great location and truly enjoyed our stay.

My husband & I had the absolute best time here in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. The condo itself is stunning, super clean and just the right amount of space for two people comfortably, not to mention the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The location of the condo is PERFECT, walking distance to everything! Condo owner is wonderful & easy to communicate with! Look no further, book this incredible condo, you wont be disappointed!

Fabulous apartment with all that you need for a nice stay. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because it was very noisy above us!! The apartment itself was very clean spacious and modern but I'm a very light sleeper and the noise above with scaping chairs and walking was hard for me...but I would stay again in hopes upstairs was quieter!

We had a wonderful vacation. The room was just as described and very clean. The view was beautiful. I highly recommend getting up to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The only thing that was bothersome was the traffic noise at night. If you are used to the city sounds then you won’t have an issue. Everything you need is within walking distance or you can grab it at the 2 little stores at the Banyan. Go to the beach early so you can get a good spot. The later it gets, the louder the beach gets so keep that in mind if you are wanting a little more peace and quiet.

Location was perfect for our stay, everything needed to enjoy our time was in the room or within walking distance. WE LOVED IT!

We had an excellent time during our stay! The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. It was clean, spacious enough for myself and fiancé and in a great central location-walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach was super easy, even though we had a rental car (we barely used it and saved on gas!).The beach equipment, including the chairs, was appreciated and definitely well-loved, though some of them were a bit tricky to open and close due to wear. Still, it was great to have them available.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely book this place again. Highly recommend it to others looking for a convenient, clean, and beach-ready getaway!

Our stay was just right; minutes from the beach, restaurants, concert venue. Nearly everything we wanted to do in the area was walkable. There was someone onsite for any inquires or issues, of which we had none.I highly recommend this property.

The place was really comfortable.. Many amenities to make the stay ideal. Location was great for walkable distance to restaurants & evening activites.

Close to Waikiki beach great sunsets. Easy parking. Easy to get around with car. My one complaint is that the bathroom had a funky (may be sewer) smell that seemed to be worse after showers.

We chose this condo because the location was great. We are very familiar with the location and it is perfect for the 2 of us. We call this location the quiet end of Waikiki. Restaurants are a short walk as is shopping. Check it out on mapuest and you can see exact location. 1 block to the beach. The pictures posted on VRBO were true to the unit. The bed was very comfortable and bigger than our Cal-King at home. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The AC was turned on when we arrived but we turned it off and didn't use it again. The lanis was very spacious and the windows in the bedroom gave us great natural air conditoning. Very well appointed condo. Looking forward to our next trip there.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well stocked both in the kitchen and recreational/beach amenities, which made our stay that much easier and enjoyable. The location is great, close to Waikiki and the beach but also far enough away from the main tourist area. While we were here, there were elevator repairs so some days we waited 20 minutes for an elevator that had room for us to go down. Even if repairs are down, that should be

Debbie our fabulous host was organized and communicated with us very well! The property itself was fantastic, well kept, clean and stocked with everything you might need which was a bonus as I have stayed in this complex several times before with half as much provided. (including kitchen ware, ice packs, cooler, beach accessories---so helpful!!) My husband and I intend to return in the near future! Highly recommend!

Communication wirh host was great. The unit is beautiful. Northern view wirh a view of diamond head leaning off balcony. Close to the beach and the water was great. 10 min from diamond head. Pool here is ok. It does the job. But the unit has many extras to have fun. I highly recommend packing a soft side cooler. They had one but it came in handy. Didnt have any issues. Plenty of parking. Oh and the extra toxels and beach towels are in the closet. Get tickets for pearl harbor early. Dont waste your time at Dole plantation. The pig and the lady resturant in china town we recomment. Jennys shrimp truck on the north qest side is great and cheap. Tikis bar and grille is hit and miss. Make sure thw fish is cooked through and if you get there late make sure your food hasnt been precooked and sitting around. We would highly recommend this unit and host.

Condo was as listed and we largely chose because of free parking. Be warned it is a busy building and long waits for crowded elevators. Very often there were very few parking places available in the 5 story garage. Not sure what time they lock the doors in garage but we frequently had to park on upper level and walk down several sets of stairs to access building on lobby level. Other than these inconveniences it was a generally nice unit and Debbie was easy to work with!

For those of you who don’t need the hotel life, the Waikiki Banyon is a great option. Clean room. Great view. Easy access to everything. Mostly, very affordable.

It was super easy. Go to garage and allowed to park and get pass. The beach chairs and equipment made it so enjoyable. 2 blocks from the beach and the main strip. Plan a little extra time for elevators is the only thing I would recommend. The washer and dryer on every dloor were great. I downloaded the app and paid through there because will tell you when laundry is done. I woud highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed this little unit. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and free parking. They also have beach chairs and an umbrella you can use plus other beach toys. Will recommend or stay if we come back.

We enjoyed being able to make our own meals. Utensils, pots & pans & dishes, there was no lack of anything. Had all our meals on the patio with lovely view of Golf Course. Lots of towels were provided.
