All units are assigned by Management onsite for all owners, guests and guests of owners alike. Rooms Control assigns your units based on your arrival time and the category of your unit. We suggest all our guests arrive earlier than the standard 4PM check-in time so you may submit any pre-arrival preferences with the front desk. They will do their best to accommodate your special requests based on availability.

The hotel is spectacular! Our booking was a disaster. We booked an ocean front room for four nights. After three nights we were kicked out of our room. We had to wait in the lobby and go back and forth for hours and were without a room for a good part of Saturday. The host blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed the host. We asked the host to make this right and they ghosted us.The hotel is spectacular. Great for families and couples. Just don't book with this Host.
