Luxury Beach Vacation House in Kailua Beach

Florence was nice and welcoming. The home did not look like the pictures. Unkept landscaping stove did not work properly and Florence seem to be aware. Home, in my opinion, is in bad need of maintenance.

Our stay was perfect, we will be back!

Very nice property. Had great views of beach. It could probably use a good deeeep clean. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Unbelievable sunrises! Plenty of gathering space

Super convenient for a family of 10, many bedroom and bathroom configurations. right on the beach, kitchen super fully stocked, close to all our needs and yet isolated enough to feel like we were on private beach. Great beach, great sand. Florence was super accommodating in all things.

Family from outer Island as well as the mainland stayed here during our son's graduation. We went night fishing, swam in the pool every day. Pure fun with family! The only downside during stay was young teens had a bonfire and partying on the beach one night but normal during graduation week. Other than that, property and property manager Florence was awesome!

The house is exactly as described. You are paying for the location, pool and size of the house. It fit my family of 8 adults an 2 kids well. Lots of toys . The beach is beautiful with great waves for boogie boarding! The sunrise is beautiful!!.

This location can’t be beat! A prime spot right on the beach and a private pool. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning in the future.

The location was amazing! The property is in need of a serious deep cleaning. Our family made the most of it and has a fantastic time at the beach and pool. We would not recommend this property to family and friends travelling to the area. The housekeeper was very very nice and helpful whenever we had interaction with her:-)

Relaxing time on beach, poolside, or inside. Beautiful location. Lotsa snorkle, paddleboards, beach chairs, etc.No A/C but lots of fans and windows.Host was gracious and communicative..

This was the perfect property for our huge family reunion to celebrate Thanksgiving and our parents' 50th wedding anniversary! The private pool and proximity to the beach are unbeatable. A few small utility issues came up and the prop mgr responded right away. The house hasn't been recently updated and many of the bedrooms connect with limited privacy, but if you don't require all the frills, this spot is a dream come true.

We had a fantastic day. The location is amazing with easy beach access. The kitchen had every appliance we could think of for our use with an extra fridge for beverages. We have grown children, but would have been great when the kids were small with lots of sleeping areas . Such a fun week!

We loved every minute of our stay. Florence, who was there to help with all the arrangements, was just the best! She handled every detail promptly and with such patience and caring. True aloha! Our family loved the property and the fact that the fabulous beach was literally on the other side of the fence! They loved seeing the sunrise over the ocean and even swimming with a turtle! Like many island homes, there's no AC, but the ocean breezes and sound of the waves, made the home very comfortable. So glad we picked this property for our family gathering!

At this property your paying for location. The house is large with a well appointed kitchen. Keep in mind no air-conditioning. They provide plenty of towels and beach chairs and equiptment. The host Florece was very responsive when issues arised.

The house is older and it shows however it is clean and extremely spacious. There is no AC but once the sun sets the ocean breeze keeps the house cool. The beach is amazing and great for boogie boarding and the pool is great for those that just want to relax. They don’t list these things but they do have boogie boards, floats, hair dryer, additional ice maker, beach chairs so it is well stocked with the small things. We had a wonderful trip!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Location is unbeatable and the host was great.

The residence was absolutely incredible. The manager exhibited utmost professionalism and maintained constant communication with us, ensuring our comfort and convenience from the moment we departed our home to the minute we arrived here. She made herself readily available and accommodated our request for a late check-out due to some unforeseen circumstances. We deeply appreciate her understanding and hospitality, and it's safe to say that we will definitely return in the future.

Florence was very helpful when we had questions, and was accommodating with our schedule. The house was right on the beach. We used the pool area every day for grilling, eating, and swimming. A great property in a great location!

To stay as a group to attend a Beautiful wedding at the Royal Hawaiian Golf Course of our Son and his Bride! This house was large and spacious enough to accommodate us all!

Property was just as pictured. Beautiful place with an amazing history. Definitely will be back!
