From January 4, 2027 to July 2, 2027, neighboring buildings at our resort will be getting new roofs. Work takes place on weekdays during daytime hours only — no work on weekends or holidays — so you may notice some construction noise and activity. Our building itself will not be under construction during your stay, and our nightly rates have already been reduced to reflect this.

The Villas pool will be closed January 4–8, 2027 and February 16–18, 2027. During those dates, guests are welcome to use the Poipu Kai pool by the tennis courts, a five-minute walk along the greenbelt.

THE CONDO – Villas at Poipu Kai B210

Welcome to our beautifully appointed 1,600-square-foot corner villa, located in an upscale, private boutique resort at Poipu Kai. Recently added and thoughtfully furnished, this second story spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo offers comfort, privacy, and resort-style living for the entire group. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. We fell in love with the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, high-end appliances, and elegant interior design—and we hope you will too.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals at home. Relax in the air-conditioned living area or open the folding glass doors to seamlessly extend the living space onto the large, covered lanai. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, it’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

As a desirable corner unit, the condo offers convenient access to the pool and BBQ area, so you’re never far from the fun. Some of Poipu’s most popular beaches are just a 10–15 minute walk away. We also provide pool and beach toys, so you can simply arrive and enjoy.

Stroll along the scenic greenbelt to Kauai’s most loved beaches, including Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach Park, and Shipwrecks Beach.

The condo is part of The Villas at Poipu Kai, a newer boutique resort offering a swimming pool, waterfall spa, fitness room, clubhouse, and access to tennis courts. Complimentary self-parking is included. Enjoy the convenience of flexible arrival with easy self check-in using a keyless electronic door lock.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.

We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.

You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.

Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.

Please note: All cancellations are subject to the Administrative Fee, which remains non-refundable.

Hurricane Season Notice: Hawaii's hurricane season runs June through November, with peak activity in August and September. Storms and hurricanes are a predictable seasonal weather pattern, and in most cases, forecasts or storm threats alone don't meet the criteria for a refund if guests decide not to travel. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
