Princeville's best 3 bedroom 3 bath condo

The price was less than other units in Plantation. It showed. On arrival a smoke alarm was going off; it was dated 1996. We replaced the batteries but alarm continued. Six of the folding chairs and one umbrella were broken. The ice maker in the fridge is not hooked up to water; The plastic ice trays provided broke on first use. The dryer is missing a plastic fin in the drum, leaving two sharp metal bits jutting out into the clothes section. The cooler bag handle is broken. In the garage, on the other side of the vehicle, rat feces are plentiful. The chaise on the lanai from the site photos was replaced with a plastic bench that is missing its cushion. Photos attached. We will not stay here again. Wish we had more positive things to say, but surely these things had been known by the owners but left broken anyway. We reported these things to the cleaning staff on exit.

Another perfect day at Freddy's condo! This is our second tim, we love the location and it just feels like being at home!Cant wait till next time!!

This is a great location. The area is beautiful and convenient to what the northern part of the island has to offer. We really enjoyed the lanai in the morning during breakfast and birds would come visit. We appreciated the beach accessories provided. We would book this place again.

Location was great. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Had a great time staying here. It was great to have access to beach toys/items!!

The condo was very clean. It is nice to have three bedrooms and three full baths. The pool is very clean although fairly small the host made sure that we had many items to help such as paper towels, toilet paper washing machine pods. The condo is a bit dated.

Beautiful area! My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Our host Freddy was very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

We drove through Princeville 10 years ago and never thought we would stay here. It was just as nice as I thought it would be. It was so nice in the morning sitting on the patio, drinking coffee and listening to the birds! We felt very comfortable with the accommodations. Our host was very helpful and communicative.

Very spacious and well equipped condo, location is fantastic on the North Shore with easy access to Hanalei, Ke’e, Anini, Queens Bath. Complex is very nice and well maintained. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. Unit is very comfortable for 6-7 people. This is our 4th time staying in this complex and 2nd time in this unit, loved it every time and will be back!!!

Very comfortable for our family of five. Room to spread out as needed and plenary of space to congregate together for meals and games. Host is very responsive and helpful. Lots of amenities available beach gear available to use as needed.

Great amenities. Clean and comfortable for our family celebrating a graduation and honeymoon. Had a wonderful time.

Our 5 day stay here was wonderful! The decor was tasteful and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped ( even though we only ate breakfast or lunch there). The appliances were nice and having a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy. The lanai was roomy and had lots of space, table and chairs for all of us to sit outside each morning for breakfast. We were visited by beautiful birds every am ! Just amazing! We even used the pool several times ( which was so pretty and featured a whirlpool hot tub). Location was great and I’m not sure how we could have enjoyed our stay here any more than we did. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
