Property Overview
This fabulous meticulously remodeled (recently) extra large one bedroom TWO bath villa (1300 square feet) is located within the Kapalua Bay Villa premier oceanfront complex. This villa, (significantly larger than ALL one bedroom level villas in the resort), is situated oceanfront and will provide discerning guests with a luxuriously furnished contemporary retreat incorporating all the finest amenities (crown molding, mahogany doors, slab granite, slab limestone, rain shower etc.). Throughout the villa the designer furnishings are accented by original artwork from the owners private collection. Numerous windows oceanfront provide for fabulous views. One can watch the whales and kite surfers from the gourmet kitchen or as you enjoy your morning coffee while seated in the dining room, sun room, living room or out on the lanai. The warm ocean breezes and gentle trade winds make for an always comfortable visit.
OUR VILLA SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF TWO GUESTS ONLY. THERE IS NO SLEEPER SOFA IN THIS VILLA.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream with all stainless steel appliances: Subzero refrigerator, KitchenAid stove/oven, Bosch dishwasher, granite slab counters and backsplash including all the utensils you will need to create that special meal.
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, top of the line bedding as well as a down comforter, L'Occitane and Molton Brown bath products and luxurious linens will ensure a wonderful night's sleep...even after a hard day of snorkeling, playing tennis/golf or hiking. A four poster king size bed highlights the bedroom with a large wall mounted flat screen TV for your pleasure. There are also individually controlled ceiling reading lights for your convenience.
The oversized ensuite bathroom provides you with a double vanity and custom cabinetry covered with luxurious exotic oyster shell limestone. The huge rain shower is accented with a lighted niche and bench seat. The under counter vanity lighting and under bench seat lighting provides beautiful night lights which compliment the clean lines exhibited within the master bathroom. In addition to the master bath there is an additional bathroom and shower accessible from the main living area.
The well lit expansive living room includes a large wall mounted smart flat screen TV, ample seating for six and a desk. There is also a sun room with two additional lounge chairs, a tripod mounted spotting scope and walls of glass perfect for watching the ocean activity.

Wow! The Villa was everything it was advertised to be and more. Beautiful inside and out. Patio steps from the bluffs overlooking the surf.Great host. No drama.
The pictures on the listing are exactly what you get, pure paradise. While parking I could see the spray from the waves crashing on the rocks. Incredible communications from the owner. Secluded enough to telax with only the sounds of the waves. Don’t forget to look up at night or early to see more stars than you have ever seen. We can’t wait to come back!

The trip was amazing.... incredible views, nicely appointed unit, comfortable furnishings and surprisingly generous with staple goods (toilet paper/paper towels/laundry soap, etc which is sooooo not always the case). The kitchen appliances were seriously high quality, in fact, I loved the fridge so much I put it on my Christmas wishlist.... lol. honestly, the trip was awesome. the condo is in an awesome location with plenty of convenient parking. 2 small draw backs that were entirely my own issues.... 1) we loved the view so much that we left the blinds up at all times which meant that people could look into the condo as they walked by.... we figured they would only look once or go blind, lol. the 2nd was that a family with young kids were in the upstairs unit. Well, either young kids or 12 dogs that ran constantly. There doesn't seem to be a lot of sound proofing between floors but truthfully, the running was all we ever heard, never voices or TV or anything else. Again,our own issue and nothing that would deter us from renting again. Notes: its on the ocean so be prepared for dampness. 1) Buy Individual bags of chips rather than one big bag. Might cost more but at least you'll get to enjoy them all. 2) If you can, bring small amounts of your favorite spices. there's salt and pepper and some other minimal spices there, but it's damp and they don't last long and who knows how old they are? 3)
Our stay at this villa was perfection. Everything we might have needed was provided and the proximity to the crashing surf below us provided us with an amazing view. The location is adjacent to The Montage resort where excellent restaurants were available if we wanted. I would stay there again in a minute.
Fabulous week in paradise! The oceanfront condo did not disappoint! Breathtaking panoramic views of crystal blue waves crashing against the cliffs. The unit is beautifully decorated and was well appointed with everything we needed. Now we just have to plan to return in the winter to see the whales! Carol was extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay. Exceptional property with an absolutely breathtaking waterfront view. Carol was very communicative and responsive and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our stay. Luxury villa with all the amenities. Definitely recommend. 5 stars all day long.
My partner and I stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in June. Everything was perfect. The finishes and furniture were designer level, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed plus more! The view is amazing and the location is an easy walk to 2 major hotels on a beautiful trail. What really distinguishes this experience were the hosts. They were so welcoming and responsive to our every need. I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to return.
