Nestled along the pristine Golf Course, this exquisite retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets from your huge private lanai. The Resort is home to 3- 9 hole golf courses and several walking and running paths. A picturesque 10 minute walk brings you to the Ocean or to the Kings and Queens markets with over 60 stores, numerous restaurants, theatre, and grocery stores.
Our spacious 1500 sq ft, elegantly designed condo features 2 extra large bedrooms with smart TV’s located on opposite sides of the condo to maximize privacy.
Enjoy an open-concept living area with comfortable new furnishings and extra large windows showcasing the ocean and golf course view. An 86” smart TV, games and books on the Hawaiian Islands are available for your entertainment.
A cozy oversized chair and ottoman is tucked away in a nook off the living room, perfect for your morning coffee with a view.
A half bath is located off the main living area.
The first suite has 1 king size bed. The second suite has 2 queen size beds. All our beds feature pillow top mattresses and high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.
Both bedrooms have oversized en-suites with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and separate toilet room.
There is also a queen size air mattress complete with mattress topper and luxury linens for additional sleeping arrangements.
A large kitchen with modern appliances is equipped with all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
Kitchen features a pantry, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, coffee grinder, electric kettle, and more. Set your table with fine dish-ware and beautiful serve-ware for hosting sunset dinners on the lanai.
A private courtyard off the dining area is the perfect spot for watching love birds nesting in the palm tree above, reading, enjoying a morning cup of coffee, and in the evening you can turn on bistro style string lights for a quiet evening cocktail or cup of tea.
Enjoy an expansive private lanai where you can relax in the island breeze while watching golfers, take in the ocean view, enjoy whale watching (seasonal), or evening cocktails at sunset. The patio glows with flickering lights of solar tiki torches after dark to complete the feeling of island living. Cozy, warm, mid-century modern vibe. Wonderful views. Plenty of towels. Beach towels and equipment were great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Spices, utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, coffee maker, etc.
This a beautifully decorated and comfortable ground floor condo. The two bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms were perfect for two couples. We enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on the large lanai. The view was over a golf course but with a buffer of lava in between so no golf carts nearby, and the view towards the ocean was free of any buildings. It was totally relaxing and serene.The hosts have thought of every possible amenity to create a luxurious and beautiful setting. The entire complex was gated and very well maintained. The swimming pool was right across the street. Being golfers, we were happy to take advantage of the Gold Member discounted golf rates at Waikoloa that the hosts have made available for their guests.We would definitely recommend this condo and would rent it again if we return to the Big Island.
It's a gated resort condo. There Host Jennifer has done a great job. It's beautifully decorated and filled with anything and everything you'll need, from games to kitchen supplies! The sunset view is amazing.
Amazing place and location! The hosts were the best we ever had. Enjoyed being walking distance to the ocean and shoppes and plenty of snorkel gear to enjoy!
