The following guidelines are provided to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors and guests, while preserving the peace and tranquility of our home and the entire Wehilani community.
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the home is limited to 10 persons, including infants and children. If your party is all adults, please view bed types. 10 person occupancy assumes sharing of beds.
Important Notice: No Parties Allowed
Please note, this is not a party house. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with full-time residents who expect peace and tranquility. This home is ideal for families and responsible vacationers, but it is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large gatherings.
The property is equipped with occupancy and noise sensors, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. After 9:00 p.m., we kindly ask that guests spend time indoors rather than in the pool area to avoid disturbing neighbors.
If you are planning a party or a celebration trip to Hawaii, please do not book this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our community.
All guests expected to stay must be listed at the time of booking.
Quiet Hours
In agreement with the Wehilani Homeowners Association, quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
During quiet hours, please avoid playing loud music or media that could disturb neighbors.
Outdoor conversations should be kept at a low volume.
Arrival at the House
Guests are kindly requested to schedule arrival before 8:00 p.m.
If you experience a delayed flight and arrive late, please be especially mindful of the quiet hours.
Approximately 24 hours prior to arrival, you will receive a text from the Lanui Realty Property Coordinator with details on meeting at the home and assistance settling in.
If desired, the Property Coordinator can arrange for the refrigerator to be stocked prior to your arrival for an additional fee.
Entertaining and Celebrations
From time to time, guests may invite friends to join them for an afternoon or evening gathering.
Invited friends are limited to 4 people per occurrence and are not permitted to stay overnight.
All entertaining must end before quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m. All invited guests are expected to leave the property by that time.
If guests wish to host larger events, arrangements must be made with the Property Manager at the time of booking to ensure the event does not disturb the neighborhood’s peace and tranquility.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property.
No Smoking Permitted
This is a non-smoking property.
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, plants, natural or synthetic smoking materials, or electronic smoking devices is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Only specifically trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
