Luxe Beachfront Tropical Paradise

The view was amazing. The condo itself was beautifully decorated down to the last detail. The bed was very comfortable. There was air conditioning in the bedroom but we never needed it. The ceiling fans did the job. The kitchen was well-stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Thank goodness they had cable so we could watch college football. This is the nicest place we have stayed on Kauai. And we’ve stayed a lot of places. Lae Nani is a great property with easy access to food, shopping, beach, and walking trails. I would buy it if they would sell it to me. Haha. Teri and Ron were very available and communicated well with us. Definitely top notch.

View and location of the property was stupendous!

My wife and I were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have had better accommodations. This condo had everything you could want from kitchen amenities to the beach just yards away. Fantastic restaurants only minutes away. We would recommend this condo 100%.

Teri was an exceptional host. The condo was very clean, comfortable, has a magnificent view, and accommodated all of my needs. The bed was luxury and having an AC unit in the bedroom made such a difference when needed, although I didn't use it much. I don't think you can beat the location, privacy, and peace. Wonderfully comfortable... a home away from home.

This beautiful home was the perfect spot for my wife and I to stay while we discovered all of Kauai. It was central to both the north and South Shore and within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shopping. We will 100% be renting here again when we come back to visit! The communication with the owner was quick and easy as well. Thank you!

This place delivers an amazing time, every time. It is comfortable, relaxing, and a great location. This was our second visit to the same condo and we felt right at home. The ocean view and sound of the waves crashing bring a peaceful atmosphere.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had the most incredible time! You can’t be more oceanfront than this property, the sounds of the ocean waves at night and during the day were truly therapeutic. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops, plus you’re right in between north and south shore. The unit has everything you need too! We even stayed during pretty high temps, but the fans work really well in the living area and the AC in the bedroom was all you need. If we ever get the chance to escape the kiddos again, we know where we’ll be staying!

Lae Nani is a little slice of paradise on a gorgeous tropical island. The area is amazing with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo complex has a pool, tennis court, laundry, and direct beach access. Our room on the second floor was perfect for us: beach views within earshot of the waves and easy access to walk to the sand. We had breakfast every morning on the lanai listening to the waves and watching people on the little stretch of beach. We even saw a turtle swim by one evening when we were in the water around sunset.The host was very responsive to questions and requests. The condo was clean, with everything I needed in the kitchen to cook while we were there. Keurig coffee maker was nice to have. They provide some k-cups as well. We saw tiny ants during our whole stay in the kitchen and bathrooms. But they were not bothersome. We saw them all over the island while out too. It's just part of life on an island.There were only 2 of us, but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I wish we had more bath towels though. Everything takes so long to dry, and towels get musty. I didn't want to pay for the laundry machines to do towels. We had a great visit and highly recommend this condo and this complex. Great place to relax! And great location when exploring the island.

Im so happy we chose this condo. Nae Lani is perfectly situated for a trip to Kauai. The beachit sits on was one of our favorites that we visited. The condo has everything you would need and is situated really nicely on the property with a wonderful balcony that i could easily live on. If i was being overly critical the ac in the bedroom was a bit of a issue for sleeping but I'm a hvac guy so its easy for me to critique. Overall 10 out of 10, we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kauai. Kapa'a is a cute town and centrally located to the places we chose to visit. The townhouse was nicely decorated with full amenties, beach supplies and a comfortable bed! And, the beachfront was beautiful! The setting was peaceful and relaxing while also a short walk to the shops and market at coconut marketplace. And there were several nice restaurants within walking distance and a few more within a mile drive. We had an amazing week.

This was our second visit to the resort - first stayed in building 3 in 2019. Loved the unit with the waves crashing on the beach. Beautifully appointed with tasteful art, elegant furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed. Love the color scheme and beachy vibe of the unit. I really wanted to return to use the pool! It is an awesome pool, clean and large enough to get in some laps. Aloha and Mahalo for our tranquil Kauai vacation.

This condo at Lae Nani beach is beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. Expansive heavenly views of ocean, beach and lush, green landscape is captivating. Whether from comfortable outdoor lanai furniture or from inside the living room, relaxing in plush swiveling barrel chairs, this scene will take your breath away. Perfect location! Everything you need or want is here and from Kapaa you can easily navigate to anywhere you'd like to go on the island. Owners Teri and Ron are fantastic and property manager, Marvis, is truly an Angel. :) We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Teri and Ron’s place in Kauai. It was perfect for us. Incredible views, a beautiful site and easy for us to get around to both sides of Kauai. Viewed whales and surfers from the deck. The grounds and buildings were very well maintained and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in we knew we had picked the right place. The condo had absolutely everything we needed. And the view was spectacular. The balcony is very private. And we especially loved the beach. We were lucky enough to have a monk seal spend afternoon on the beach. Hope to return one day .

We have stayed in other properties in this complex and this is by far the best. From the robes to beach toys for us to use, everything is well appointed for a perfect stay. We will be back!We

Great Condo! Clean, updated, super view! The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful with an amazing pool! Beach is small and calm, fun and peaceful for just hanging out and enjoying the ocean! Comfortable lounge chairs on the grounds! Amazing sunrises! Can walk to restaurants, but also an easy drive to anything in Kapaa and located centrally so you can drive to the other parts of the Island easily. Teri, the owner, was extremely easy to communicate with and very prompt. Bed is memory foam...just want to mention, since mattresses are a personal preference. I would definitely stay here again! Excellent location with easy and quick communication with Terri! The space was well equipped with beach stuff, and well located for activities all over the island.

Easy to get to from the airport with shopping within walking distance. The unit was spotless, spacious, and overlooked the lawn area/beach. Our host left lots helpful information about restaurants, shopping, activities and was super attentive to make sure that our stay was pleasant. The place looked just like the photos!!

Location, view, perfect

Loved the location of the condo. Beachfront and close walking proximity to bars and restaurants. Condo itself is clean, comfortable and nicely updated.

The instructions about checkin & checkout were perfectly on point. Directions given from the airport were perfect letting us arrive and not be stressed about finding the condo. That being said it only got better from there, Teri & Ron have a spectacular place, right on the shoreline and there is a small beach just a few steps away. communication was also excellent since we had an issue with the lock that was easily explained by Teri & Ron. The location is quiet, except for the waves hitting the rocks but that's a compliment, not a complaint. if you require a/c just be aware there is a/c only in the bedroom but not in the rest of the unit. We had no issues since there was always an island breeze blowing. The info we received gave us some good recommendations for restaurants, food stores and sight seeing. We look forward to returning !

We had a great time staying in this property. Actual conditions matched the pictures/description. It was easy to reach all parts of Kauai from this location and the landscaping was great. The dining recommendations were good and we loved walking to Passion Bakery and bringing back breakfast to enjoy on the balcony while watching the waves.

Beautiful location - best building for oceanview/ beachfront. Very well equipped, comfortable furnishings, & very comfortable mattress! Welcoming host and very simple checkin & checkout. The beach-gear was much appreciated! Would highly recommend this listing.

Quiet, meticulously landscaped property with epic oceanfront views from this well appointed condo. Large lanai,comfy bed and all the amenities we needed for our 12 night stay. Enjoyed the beach every day and the sparkling pool. Hope to return next year. Very convenient location too.

The property location was perfect. Coconut Marketplace for shopping and restaurants, Lava lava restaurant right on the beach with excellent food. Passion bakery also with great food options and all within walking distance. The condo and the resort had everything we needed along with great ocean views. Will definitely stay again when we return to Kauai.

The condo is beautiful with an amazing view. Balcony was large and great to enjoy coffee early in morning. Overall place was great however a bit outdated. bitoutdated.outdatenization.

The property was in a beautiful location, and the property itself was very nice.

This condo was perfect for us and In a great location - midway between Hanalei and Waimea. Amazing! We saw it all. The beach below the lanai is great for swimming and riding the waves. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils; and there were beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear to borrow. Condo is well positioned in the complex. No noise! Really lovely. And the half bath makes all the difference! 😁 thank you Teri!

Amazingly clean and convenient! We loved the view, the neighbors were friendly, and the complex was quiet! The condo was cozy, and the host went above and beyond on the extras that were provided!

The condo is amazing! The oceanfront views are gorgeous and the property has a beautiful garden, pool, shared barbecue grills, tennis courts, laundromat, and easy access to the beach. At the beach there are two areas; an enclosed shallow tide pool protected from the waves which is great for simple relaxing and the open ocean in a crescent shaped cove There are some strong waves but manageable and it’s perfect for boogie boarding. It is a private property with a gate and the condo is located on the second floor. The king size bed is super comfortable and the AC unit in the bedroom kept the room very cool at night. The condo is beautifully decorated with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, lanai on the balcony, master bedroom with an en suite, and an additional half bath at the entrance. We were enthralled by this condo and hope to come back in the future.

Great location to see all of Kauai or to just relax at the condo. Many restaurants around within walking distance. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

It was hard to leave such a perfect place. Spent many hours on the patio taking in the ever-changing ocean view. We appreciated all the amenities and small details that were done just right. The stock of spices and even some unused food items was a bonus. We used the barbecue area by the beach and found them to be super clean. Suggest adding some paper or plastic plates to the unit for those like us who want to picnic on the grass or tables by the beach. We repurposed some containers from the Passion Bakery for our dinner. The resort was well maintained and family oriented. We kept windows open and didn't use the A/C. It was surprisingly quiet at night and we didn't hear any roosters, traffic or neighbors. Have to say mention the resort curiously lacked a beach shower and pool bathroom. Beach was really nice here with decent snorkeling. Rented kayaks from Scotty's and enjoyed the river and secret falls trip. Our fav adventure was the Da Life waterfall rappel trip. Horseback riding in poipu was great too! Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Fish tacos and the seared ahi salad from Sleeping Giant was our favorite. Awesome communication with the owners and we will be back for a longer stay next time!

This was our first visit to Kauai and we were unsure where to stay. We felt this was a good location for going anywhere on the island. This property was clean and as described it was nice having the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The grounds of this property are well kept.

The property is everything that is described. The view off the balcony is amazing. We had such a relaxing time in a place that felt like home. Time went quickly, so I guess we just have to come back. Great location for exploring the entire island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners.

The condo was a wonderful place to stay. It was well furnished, welcoming and everything we could possibly need was available. Only comment we have and it is not a complaint only a comment. The bed, if you are less then 6 feet tall you need a step stool to get into it, which we found in the closet. We did have a minor issue during the week, called the owner to let them know and it was fixed within 20 minutes might even have been less. We so enjoyed our stay, it was hard to leave, but it was probably the best vrbo we have stayed in. Will definitely come back. We loved it and Terri and Ron made it the best!

The condo is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large balcony for our morning coffee. We even had the pleasure of watching a seal swim by 1 morning. The location is so convenient to walk to the market and several restaurants. Teri was very quick to respond with questions as well. Would stay here again! Paula

Excellent property!! Exactly as listed. Great location is centrally located on the east coast to get to all activities. Hearing the waves was important to my new wife and the water is right there. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!!

Incredible ocean views.

The property was well maintained. Everything was as advertised. There were such nice touches, such as the robes that were perfect for enjoying the lanai in the early morning and evenings. The space so convenient for walking to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the quiet space and loved hearing the ocean waves all night long! We hope to be able to return.

The property is excellent. The owners have thought of so many amenities. Cookware, yoga mats, ukelele to practice with, furniture on lanai, fans for the rooms that don't have AC, plenty of towels, hangers, seating, items in kitchen like seasonings, saran wrap, area to take off shoes with hooks nearby for hats/wraps. Our biggest issue was that we would have appreciated a thorough overview of the steps going down and then up in advance. We knew there was no elevator, but it felt like this key info was avoided. And the smells from neighboring units is not their fault, but hard to avoid when we needed patio doors open for cooling. Six our of 7 days, the smells took away from the atmosphere. The parking lot was difficult to manuever for mid-size cars. We parked by the laundry unit and walked.

We had a wonderful time in a lovely condo. The pictures of the condo are very true. Walking access to Coconut market, and central to the island of Kauai by car in all directions. Quiet location except for the roar of the surf and an easy beach access was enjoyable.
