This luxurious island home is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home combination of elegance filled with an abundance of amenities. This hidden retreat located in the prestigious resort community of Princeville is one of its kind , and provides privacy while close to local shops, restaurants and just a quick drive to the beach. Lei Aloha is a perfect island getaway home that is perfect for families and friends, that includes spacious accommodations, fully equipped and well stocked kitchen, large swimming pool, landscape tropical grounds, large living area with an open themed concept, Air Conditioning in each bedroom, beach gear and many amenities to enjoy.
As you enter, there are private gates that lead into a private courtyard, completely enclosed by a stucco wall and tropical plants, including plumeria, heliconia, gardenia, and torch ginger. In the center of the courtyard is a 16' x 40' swimming pool, patio space, lanai furniture, lounge chairs for sun bathing and a beautiful well maintained lawn.
Upon entering this custom-built home, you are greeted by a magnificent views of the golf greens, magnificent Norfolk pine trees, lush landscaping and tropical fauna. A generous gathering space with a large open-concept living and kitchen area is the perfect gathering spot. Large sofa, flat screen tv, dining table that seats 8, kitchen island with 3 bar stools all inviting and roomy.
Comfortable and tastefully appointed, this breezy, Hawaiian home of over 3200 sq. ft. offers a primary suite (King Bed) and its own bathroom that features a jetted tub, dual sinks, and a shower. There are two guest bedrooms one with a Queen Bed and its own bathroom (shower) and the third guests bedroom offers 2 Twin beds with its own bathroom (shower/tub) all on the first level and all opening onto the courtyard and the pool through French doors. An additional primary suite (King) is located on its on on the second level and features an ensuite bathroom (shower) with dual sinks, and a private deck that overlooks the pool.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai, or on the lawn under a palm tree next to the pool. Fire up the gas barbecue on the patio for that fresh mahi-mahi from the local fish market and serve it on an outdoor dining table gracing the patio.
Lei Aloha pool is great for early morning swims or cooling off after a long day of adventure. Like most pools in Hawaii, is heated by the warm, tropical sun. The water temperature will vary with the weather conditions. In the winter, the water will usually be in the mid-70s, and in the summer, the low to mid-80s. We find that guests coming from very cold climates find the pool enjoyable, even in the winter months.
Princeville is the gateway to an amazing range of activities available on the scenic North Shore. Just a few minutes drive will have you kayaking through rivers, hiking along the Na Pali Coast, horseback riding to waterfalls, deep-sea fishing, whale-watching and much more. The shops and restaurants of Princeville Center are just a short walk from the house. Or for a truly local shopping and dining experience, nearby Hanalei offers varied cuisine and bohemian boutiques, as well as a long, crescent-shaped beach, great for a moonlit stroll.

Was very excited to stay here and the home and location is amazing for anyone wanting to explore the north shore.Unfortunately the pool (which was the reason for booking here) was completely unusable. We contacted the owners and they responded that it was crystal clear and usable despite me providing pictures of the algae filled murky water. They claimed the rain caused the dirty pool but a little rain wouldn't turn a pool green overnight. Obviously the pool was neglected and when asked to fix it the owners ignored us and sent a pool guy that never did anything and told us he was too busy to come back.Also found the beds covered in spiderwebs and pans dirty.Very disappointing, it was a beautiful home but the owners were dismissive and unhelpful.
Great place to in a beautiful area. The whole family loved the house. We all said this is the nicest VRBO we have every stayed in.
The pictures look nice but it was not as clean/maintained as described. There were a lot of bugs, ants, a little gecko and lots of gnats, in the home. I realize it’s a tropical location but I’ve rented several homes in Hawaii and Florida and never had bugs in the house. Lots of minor imperfections, a dip in the living room floor covered up with a not so clean rug (looks nice in picture but not in person), chips in flooring, very dirty fridge with stains on it, screen door had a big slit, rust and weather outdoor furniture, dings and out of place trim, missing fan cover in laundry room, etc. just not nearly as clean as the pictures portray. The pool was not “tidy” like other homes we rented and unless it’s sunny and hot it’s extremely cold and wasn’t useable for our stay. If I had seen any of the pictures I took of the home I would have never booked it. We were offered a small discount (400) for the misrepresentation but I never received it. I will say it is stocked well with dishes and beach gear but overall condition was not what was portrayed in my opinion.

This was the perfect place to celebrate with my family! I couldn’t ask for a better place with an incredible view and the pool was perfect! Everything we needed was there and made great use of the grill. It was very clean and having AC in the rooms was a big plus! Loved every bit of this and the property management was very accommodating! We will be staying here again and again! Absolutely loved it!
Perfect home for my family get away. All rooms had access door to outside, separate master wing, kitchen dining and living room was very spacious and accommodating. The pool and garden area are this magical garden oasis. Loved the stay!

Unbelievably well appointed home maybe the best we have ever rented. Everything that we would have ever wanted in the kitchen was there, high quality towels and linens. Nothing about this experience screamed "rental home". Wonderful having nature out of both sides of the house, and the neighborhood chickens kept us company on the back deck. Wonderful experience.

The home is beautiful, very well appointed, in a great location for enjoying all the north shore has to offer. The pool was such a treat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together in the great room and outdoor spaces.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the rental company was so easy to work with and so communicative! Check in was seamless and checkout was relaxed. Our group had 6 adults and 7 kids under the age of 4 and we all fit comfortably with plenty of room to spare! The kids LOVED the pool- they swam everyday :) If and when we come back to Kauai we will definitely be staying here again!
Property was amazing, we have stayed in lots of vacation rentals all around the world, this one was GORGEOUS, extremely well appointed, and extra comfortable.
