Our family of 4, including our 2 adult sons, loved our week here! The layout of the home was perfect for us. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is because it's in a quiet neighborhood, which we loved, but if you are looking for a place where you can walk to the beach or shopping/restaurants, this is probably not what you need. Another bonus is that this house is managed by Kona Coast Vacations which provided a concierge service with wonderful suggestions/recs. Be sure to ask for David!

If you are looking into staying on the Big Island, stay in Kona. If you are staying in Kona, you must stay here. Perfect for our family of 6- plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were as good as anywhere we've stayed around the country booking through VRBO. The highlights include the pool of course, but also the cooking and grilling gear, plenty of beach supplies. This place is super clean, comfy bedding and spacious bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers!
Generally good experience. Beautiful property. Their “plunge” pool was a perfect kids pool. My daughter went in every day.
Property met our needs. The house had a great layout and worked well for the 8 of us. Enjoyed the privacy of the location after being involved with a wedding and functions in town. Was such a relief to have the quiet and privacy.

First time in Hawaii and what a great experience. The house was beautiful, kids loved the pool and it was so easy to rent and the company was great. They checked in on us and it felt like a home away from home. Amazing! Would do it all over again.
As soon as we walked in the front door we were immediately thrilled with the home and ocean view. The sunsets were magnificent and the location was perfect. We had a rented car and were located about five minutes from downtown Kona. The neighborhood was especially beautiful. The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The outdoor pool was perfect. We also loved the large and extremely well equipped kitchen space. Every couple had their own room and bathroom which was really nice. When we did use the air conditioning it worked really well. We truly had a fantastic family vacation and absolutely loved this property.
Great home away from home in Kailua-Kona. Our family enjoyed coming back to this great property after our daily outings. Close to shops and restaurants. Property is located within a gated community with great views and well designed improvements.
Great for a family or 3 couples, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice pool deck (pool a little small for 6 adults) kitchen was nice space and living area, dining room nice as well. Kitchen had everything you need as well
