This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2-story cottage is part of a private, gated, rambling plantation-style property. The 2nd level unit (not equipped for handicapped) catches the ocean breezes and comes with window A/Cs in all bedrooms, a living area, dining area, one off-street garage parking, and shared pool, washer, dryer, and poolside bathroom. An outside refrigerator is perfect for keeping drinks and snacks cold by the pool while entertaining friends and family.
The property is 75 yards from beach access to Lanikai Beach and one block away from Lanikai Park. Easy access to Lanikai Pillbox hike. Kailua Town is only 10 minutes away for a variety of shopping and dining. It is six miles from Marine Corps Base Hawaii, and 21 miles from Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Hawaii. Easy access to the Pali Highway, Likelike Highway, and H-3.
All utilities, cable, and wifi internet access are included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
Owner lives on property in a separate house. (There are two other rentals on the property.) Accepts one rental per 30 day period as per local laws. This property is a legally established dwelling and is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time regardless of actual length of stay.
