This Kauai Vacation Rental is conveniently located in Kapaa Town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just steps to beautiful sandy beaches. Accommodates up to 4 guests, including children and infants.
Rare, 1-bedroom, 2-bath, with a large private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean where whales can be seen in the winter months and spectacular sunrises yearlong. Turnkey and fully furnished 800 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot oceanfront lanai.
King Bed in the Bedroom and Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Area. Complimentary TV cable, parking, Internet/Wifi, washer and dryer in the. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo and for your comfort the unit is now air conditioned. Each room is also furnished with ceiling and portable fans. Pack n Play Crib available upon request. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

Centrally located on Kauai's scenic, Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of Kaua'i makes it easy to explore the opposite sides of the island. Rent bikes at the Coconut Market Place next door and follow the coastal path that runs in front of the condo to the south which will take you to the Wailua River and Beach. Travel north past the Coconut Marketplace and you will see all the charm Historic Kapa'a town has to offer. Enjoy miles of scenic ocean views, explore the Wailua River, take a boat ride up it to the Fern Grotto or kayak to the Secret Falls Trailhead. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monastery is just a short drive up the hill.

Fantastic views, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with appliances, convenience items, books, games and beach stuff. The second full bath was a big plus. Would highly recommend
We loved the beachfront location and beautiful grounds.
Wonderful apartment in beautiful peaceful setting so close to the water. Loved walking out the patio door barefoot on the grass and down to the beach to swim/snorkel. Lots of restaurants and shops within 10 min walk was very convenient.

Very well kept and cozy condo in a beautiful complex along the ocean. Clean and well maintained , very responsive management, thoughtful amenities . Walk out patio to a lush green lawn and sandy beach. Perfect for a small family like ours. Thank you !
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interesting (scary) and unexpected occurrence with a faulty oven/range. Property manager was remarkably quick to respond, sending an electrician to make safe, then had it replaced and installed within 24 hours with a new unit (one of four on the island I am told). She even supplied a two-burner hotplate "just in case". Screen door was repaired on the same day when we called to report it was difficult to open/close. The mattress and pillows are ready to be replaced. The master shower mixing valve needs a plumber's attention soon. The floor under the glass table is scratched up from the chair legs. An awesome pool and very well- kept grounds. A wonderful coral sand beach.
Everything about this place is practically perfect. If the owner sees this nit, please discard the broken beach chairs in the closet; they are hazardous. But otherwise, this place is a gem. Rare to have air conditioning and we didn't always use it but once in a while and in the bedroom - heaven. The view, the easy access to both pool and ocean - we will be back for sure.
We loved our time at this condo. Everything we needed was provided. Clean, great location and the best ocean view! Highly recommend.
We stayed for a week, great location close to everything you need on the island. This is a central location to most of Kauai so it’s about an hour drive each way to the end of the roads. We enjoyed the view off the ground floor patio, of the waves crashing into the beach. Short walk to coconut marketplace with food, groceries, shave ice and shopping. Highly recommend this condo.
Lovely beachfront unit, well stocked with dishes and cooking items (pots, pans, etc)
Me and my wife chose this location for our honeymoon and it was so wonderful. We loved every second of this trip. We want to come back again with our kids . This was so amazing and there is nothing I would change about it. Thank you so much for everything!!
Wake up a beautiful view of the ocean, close to everything on the island, within walking distance to coconut village shopping great stores to shop in, great array of places to eat. Had a wonderful time.
This is our favorite unit. We have stayed several times.
Totally enjoyed our time staying at this condo! We have been to Kauai many times, but this is definitely our favorite! Plan on returning soon.
