Summary:
The view from the condo is fantastic. The wonderful ocean waves are nearby and the Kauai mountains are in the background. Many beautiful flowers are on both sides of the lanai and the beautiful gardens of Lae Nani are seen adjacent to the expansive manicured lawn. The beach is very near by and is easily accessible. You hear the delightful sound of the ocean waves and it is a wonderful background music. The condo has an ideal location relative to the pool. The condo is on the ground floor.

The condo is on the ground floor, consequently the suitcases will not be carried up and down any stairs. Apt needs a coat of paint; bed room ceiling light not working (room is dark);additional silverware needed; broken ceramic turtle found when we arrived; needs a dust pan; broken handles on kitchen jalousies (unable to open).
Have rented at Lai Nani twice before and had very nice, clean well maintained condos. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this property. Terrible musty moldy smell in the half bath. Appears to have had water damage that perhaps has not been addressed. Carpet in the bedroom very stained. Fingerprints on walls and furniture. Just didn’t seem up to par based on our past experiences. I notified the agency of our findings and they said they would bring them to the attention of the management team. The view from the porch is beautiful as is the pool and grounds. We absolute love Kauai and hope to return again soon; just not to this condo.
Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Looking right out on the water. Very clean. Great stay!
