Popular Mauna Kea Condo - Spectacular Panoramic Ocean Views

I'm picky but this place delivered! First, kudos to the owner for understanding what a full kitchen means. Knives were sharp, all of the utensils we needed to make dinner were there. Plates, bowls, serving bowls, everything we needed and it was in good shape. Most impressive was that there were PLENTY of hangers for our clothes. We really enjoyed our stay. The decor was island-focused and not too campy. We felt right at home from the minute we opened the door. Clean and well supplied. Took us a bit to figure out the lights/fans but we got there. Thank you so much for such a great stay. We will definitely be back! Oh and Polly was great about responding timely. I was a little discombobulated about codes etc. but Polly was right on it when we were checking in. It felt easy and it felt like we were ohana. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We loved the deck, we loved the furnishings. We loved the kitchen. We loved the location. Overall, Stellar!

This is a luxury property with everything you need for a perfect vacation! The beds are comfortable and the home is new! The view of the ocean is spectacular! Mauna Kea beach is the best! Thank you for a perfect stay!!! Amazing location for our daughter to get engaged!

Great location and condo.

Everything was perfect! The views overlooking the golf course and the ocean made for enjoyable cups of coffee and sunset cocktails! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We had an Instacart of groceries delivered. Having access to the Mauna Kea property was a plus. Communication with Polly was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We loved our week in Hawaii! We chose to stay in this area because of the resort access pass that we could purchase for Mauna Kea and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort. It was great being so close to these beaches!The condo was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The property manager checked in with us during our stay and was very responsive. The views from the lanai were stunning.There are no grills in the unit nor on the property anywhere due to new insurance mandates.

We had a fabulous time, this condo is incredibly well stocked and nicely furnished! The property manager, Hillary , is super nice and extremely responsive. I would rent this unit every time.

The Mauna Kea resort holds a special place in our family’s hearts, and this unit really helped solidify those sentiments. Kumulani has an amazing location, including sweeping views of the ocean and Maui, a pool in the property grounds and a very short drive to the beach, and beautiful walks anytime of day. The unit itself had all of the amenities that we needed, and while it may be ready for a few updates, there is nothing needed right now and everything is in good working order.

We choose the location for the resort access, loved the Mauna Kea beach. The price is high compared to other locations but less expensive than the hotel. Must have a car, it is over 1 mile drive to the beach. The ocean views from this 2nd floor condo are excellent, beautiful sunsets. It is on a golf course, so expect some noise from the landscape maintenance. Inside the unit not so good. Aged furniture. Cheap mattress. Very short beds in the second bedroom. Our friends are 5'3"-5'6", if you are tall expect your feet to go over the edge. Several things that need repairs that were not done before our check in: kitchen window screen bended, chips in the kitchen pocelain floor, scratches on the kitchen sink. Cleanliness- kitchen countertop tiles grout need deeper cleaning, balcony floor had some marks, balcony ceiling fans were not wiped probably ever. If the owners take care of these issues I would return in a heartbeat.

My wife and I visited for our Honeymoon and had a great time! The condo was incredible and definitely exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location within the Mauna Kea Resort, we also paid for access to the resort facilities, which was worth it for our family. It was the best of both worlds, comforts of a larger place to stay, while enjoying resort amenities. Beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing. It was a treat to stay here.

The condo was great. The location and the option to use the resort amenities made the stay very special. The best thing was the view, it was gorgeous and very peaceful.

Great quiet place

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It had a stunning view and everything my family of four needed to spend 12 days in paradise! We are already planning to return in 2025!

We had a wonderful trip! We have been coming to Mauna Kea for over 10 years and it never disappoints. This was our first time staying in the Kumulani and it was so nice! Quiet and tons of space. Beautiful views .. and the property manager was so nice! We would love to stay here again any time!
