We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! My husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed the entire 8 nights we were there. Leaving the lanai door open all night so we could sleep. I defiantly could not stay here in the summer months without a new ac unit. Our stay was in mid January and it was just too hot in the bedroom for us. Other than that the unit is well equipped with everything you need. We would stay again if the AC is replaced.
Having the ocean outside the balcony was lovely, seen whale and turtles swimming. The grounds and pool were nice, we met very friendly people. The beach was non-existent during our stay but we sat along the ocean in the grass in the provided lawn chairs which was lovely. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and it was very loud but necessary to have on. Recent review reply said salt, pepper, cooking oil included so we didn’t buy any and there was none. Had to make an extra grocery store trip because of it. A bit dated in decor and small fit and finish problems like the bedroom door hung crooked, could be even better with small updates. Location worked well for visiting north end of the island beaches and attractions. We would return for another stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay, There is no beach access, photos with sandy beach are dated, beach is no longer. You can cross the rocks and get into the water to surf or go snorkelling, good snorkelling right outside. Turtles in front of the property every morning and sometimes up onto the rocks. The pool was warm, the property was very well maintained. If you have kids, no pool toys or balls in the pool, noodles only. Our unit was dated but most looked updated. Overall no complaints really. Grocery store is 3 minute drive. The parking is good, but the made the stalls so tight you can barely get out of your car.
We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Pros: quite neighborhood. close to shops and beach cons: the beach is not swimmable with rocks. this is with no fault of the owners as it varies because of the tide. The washer and dryer is not in the building, but it is easy to use. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies such as salt and oil for cooking. The AC in the bedroom is very loud. Also with the location where the unit is located, there is a lot of outside noise of cars and other tenants. overall a great stay. would have appreciated more information on best places to visit and things to do.
It was so very nice to wake up to the sound of the ocean and to see all the Honu every morning. The place was light and airy, clean and inviting! I would be happy to stay here again, but under better circumstances. Praying for Maui!!

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Amazing view from balcony - listening to the waves, beautiful sunsets and seeing turtles everyday. Great location as it is close to amenities and other beaches. Must do - eat at the Fish Market which is just a stone's throw from the condo! Free parking and no resort fee. No problem with access and smooth check in/check out. The grounds was beautiful and well kept. The condo was well equipped with cooking equipment and spices. There were beach chairs and a cooler, which was nice, although we didn't use them.Cons:The condo needs a thorough cleaning. Although interior requires maintenance, we are not too fussed about that since it is an older condo building. However, if the condo was cleaned well it would have made it better. The floors were really dirty - perhaps bring house slippers.There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge and other "not seen" surfaces. Lights needed to be replaced as it is very dim in the kitchen and especially in the bathroom. The extremely dim light makes it very uncomfortable to be in the bathroom, especially when it is a really tight space to start.
Great location and decent property, however it’s little dated. The couch is old and has stains and is uncomfortable sleeping in. On the balcony door there is open metal which can cut, I got cut twice on the arm, hope they fix it.
There are sea turtles everywhere!
The view is what makes this great. The condo itself needs updating/improvements. The ice-maker was fantastic. The condo had easy access (very few stairs). Airconditioner unit in the bedroom was very loud, made it hard to sleep as it came off and on all night. Could use a sharp knife in the kitchen. We enjoyed our time on the balcony as the ocean view was fantastic.
We’re already back home and I still can’t believe how beautiful the view from the balcony was. We ended up spending most of the time there. The apartment was great and we had everything we needed. We didn’t even turn the tv on because the view from the balcony was so entertaining I swear… and that sound of the ocean. We will be back!
