Your rental offers prime outdoor living space with a lanai, as well as access to a shared all-ages pool, an adults-only pool, and a covered community building.

LIVING AREAS
Unwind on the sofa, love seat, and armchair around the 47” flat-screen TV. Inviting beach decor and high ceilings accent the bright and airy interior. A desk nook and printer are convenient for checking email.
KITCHEN & DINING
Get cooking in the renovated kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, fully-stocked cabinets, and a stylish tile backsplash.
When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six or the breakfast bar for two.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms and one half bath are each stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Make yourself at home in the master bedroom, furnished with a California king bed, a chaise lounge, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Step out onto the lanai through the sliding doors. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the sunny second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A full guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
A convenient half bath is located next to the kitchen.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Spend breezy afternoons on the expansive lanai, complete with seating for seven and an outdoor grill area.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Parking is available for one vehicle (additional parking is located throughout the complex). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. This townhome is also equipped with AC.
Beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and water sports/gear are provided for your use. Kid-friendly extras include a high chair, stroller, children’s books, and a Pack ‘n Play.
The sprawling Kulalani complex offers exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, state-of-the-art fitness center, a shared pool, an adult-only pool, spa area, and a covered community building with an outdoor kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall the place lived up to the billing.Very convenient location. Amenities are superb.Enjoyed our stay.
Spacious, clean, all in order.
Everything about this property exceeded expectation. There were 3 of us staying at the home and we all had to work in the mornings. Plenty of space to work and the wi fi worked daily. Everything we needed was provided. The hair dryer in the master did not work and a replacement was delivered so quickly. Fabulous patio space was very comfortable.
This was a beautiful, clean and very spacious townhome. We had a wonderful stay! The pool area was very nice and very close to this unit. It was a short drive to the Mauna Lani beach club area which had chairs for use and a nice restaurant. There were plenty of beach supplies in the townhome including snorkeling equipment , boogie boards, ice chest and beach towels. There was also a grocery store and restaurants about a mile away which was convenient.
Well appointed quiet townhouse, very much appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility of the Vacasa team!

We had a great stay, easy walk to the pool and only 0.5 mile walk to the store. Gym facility was really nice.
I don't normally write reviews but wanted to comment on this property. Pros: Location near the pool (nice pools), gated community, snorkel gear and beach chairs in the garage. Cons: Check in. After a long day of travel, the gate code did not work. We called and were given 4 different codes over several hours. Finally, got one to work. Ice maker and water in fridge did not work. BBQ ignitor did not work. Garage door did not work on multiple occasions. Several lightbulbs out. Towels were in the dryer when we arrived. Owners closet left open. Only 2 dish towels. No cleaning products (such as Windex) for quick cleans as we stayed 9 days. Way too much patio furniture, it was hard to even get to the BBQ. Too many artificial plants and nick nacks collecting dust. No smart TV in the main living area to watch Netflix, etc. Old pillows, thin comforters and a very dated quilt on the master bed (we had to remove it as it didn't appear to be washed). Overall, a very dated place and the service to get a hold of someone was a long process. We would stay at the community again, but not at this unit.
The unit was clean, well appointed and perfect for the 5 of us but the real bonuses were the proximity to the 2 outdoor pools and access to the nearby private beach.
