Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for 1 car in the garage. Additional car can be parked in visitor or unmarked spot on a first come first serve basis. Max of two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Lap Pool and Swimming Pool onsite
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Kulalani 1702 is located in Building 17 at Kulalani. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
Kulalani is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful unit, spacious and fully equipped with anything you would ever need from cooking, pool time, beach fun and baby gear! Loved the Lanai opening onto a green belt, great for the kids to explore and star gaze at night. Short walk to the pools/gym. Access to the Mauna Lani Beach club was so great as the beaches near by are not very kid friendly. Loved our stay, than you!
The property was perfect. Well appointed with everything we could need in the kitchen and all beach accessories that our group could have needed. The surrounding area was perfect, and the amenities on the property were high end. A great value for the price. Would definitely stay again.
