Our Kuilima West condo, is ideally situated just steps from the Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton Resort, Lei Lei`s restaurant, scenic walking trails, world-class golf courses, and the stunning beaches of Oahu`s North Shore.

This immaculate and modern Hawaiian-style townhome offers a unique design with a separate dining room and living room, providing plenty of space to entertain or relax. Enjoy the constant island breeze flowing through the unit, complemented by a private lanai—perfect for family gatherings or a serene retreat.
With 3 bedrooms (including a spacious loft), 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include:
1 King bed in the master bedroom

3 Single beds in the third-floor loft
1 Sleeper sofa in the living room

ACCESS & PARKING
Door Keypad Open the screen door to access the keypad. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
AIR CONDITIONING
To conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house
QUIET HOURS
Please respect community quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai
Pets are not allowed
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited
LAUNDRY & SAND CARE
Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi (they stain towels)
Shake towels outside before washing
Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower
Excessive sand damages plumbing and appliances—please be mindful
TRASH & TOILETS
Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area.
Toilets: Do not flush:
Feminine hygiene products
Disposable or “flushable” wipes
Paper towels or trash
Only toilet paper should be flushed.
HOUSEKEEPING
We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Additional cleaning service is available for a fee—please contact us to schedule.

Three pools are available for guest use

Our stay was amazing! The place had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. It had a well stocked kitchen and lots of extras for the beach. We loved the area, it was so close to the beach and just a few minutes away from other great beaches and waterfalls. The grocery store and food trucks were close by. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay on the north shore!

Perfect getaway!!!
The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private half bath if folks are sharing the loft. While bugs did get in from having the windows open the unit itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the resort grounds and the easy access to the beach. The restaurants at the resort were good but limited. The North Shore is a remote area so access to surrounding areas can be tricky with the traffic.
Helena's condo was perfect for our family of four. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, convenient to the pool and the property walking paths. Delicious iced coffee every day at Lei Lei's, sunsets at the Pill Box. Easy drive to the food trucks at Kahuku and the west beaches. Plus, we caught the Eddie Surf Comp 2024!
It was a relaxing 2 days for our family as we were able to walk along the beaches one morning and spend a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center just15 minutes away. 2 couples were in the bedrooms, my adult nephew was in the upper room with twin beds and I slept on the sofa bed which was fine for 2 nights. We enjoyed the pool right out our door. Very clean and comfortable indoor furniture and a very pleasant spot on the patio for coffee and bird watching. The place will cool down enough with open windows and doors and the AC cooled off the living room for sleeping one night. Nearest grocery stores are 10-15 minutes either direction (though one is in a 'dry' town so no alcohol purchases). Rooms are as pictured on the site.
Our family had an amazing vacation in this beautiful part of the island. The property was perfect for our group. The description was accurate and Helena was a gracious host. We were conveniently located on the North Shore and would certainly book the villa again. Highly recommend!
The property was exactly as advertised. We were walking distance to the beach and a nearby resort. Everything was clean and well appointed.

We had a family group stay with grandparents, parents and 3 kids 6 - 2. Property was just as described and pictured. Everything was clean and in good working order. Unit was well stocked for family group with plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Kids loved the pool that is just a few feet from front door. Unit is on a golf course that is not currently being used but is maintained so it was like having a large park right out the lanai. Highly recommend for family stay.
Accommodations very comfortable for our family of six. Very quiet location. Checking in at night could use better lighting for entire complex. Numbers on condos impossible to see once the sun goes down. Bring a flash light.
