This inviting unit accommodates up to four guests, featuring one bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed, and one bathroom. With 658 square feet of living space, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with a sofa, dining table, and television.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a well-appointed dining area. The community amenities are top-notch, including a pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Plus, the nearby Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay offers spa services and various tour options.
The location is unbeatable, with access to Kuilima Cove and Kawela Bay for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing on the beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center is just a 15-minute drive away, and the historic Haleiwa Beach Town, with its restaurants, art galleries, and local shops, is a 25-minute drive.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Wonderful location, close to beach and resort amenities. Very quiet and tranquil. I've stayed at several condo's over the years at Kuilima Estates and this ranks at the top.
