ACCESS & PARKING
Door Keypad Open the screen door to access the keypad. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
AIR CONDITIONING
To conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house

Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area.

We will definitely be staying here again! It was perfect for our family!
The condo was very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished with all you could need. The exterior of the buildings are a bit older but the grounds and pool area were very well kept. The location was great as we were able to walk to the hotel to get coffee and we really enjoy going to the beach there. There were only two things I wish were different. First is that they had a cup style coffee maker and either we missed this in the info or it wasn’t there, so we didn’t come prepared with enough coffee for our stay and the store is a far drive especially with traffic so that was a major bummer. The second is that there was a tsunami warning and we had to evacuate, but there wasn’t any information on where to go in the event of something like this. The management also didn’t reach out to us, but when I contacted them they provided us with good information fairly quickly. That was really just bad luck to be there for that as it’s a very rare event. Even so it would be smart to make that information apparent for guests. All in all I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to friends.
We were on the go for most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities as much as we would've like to. The condo is very nice and clean and served our family well for resting between activities.
Our stay at this property in Turtle Bay exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable, offering stunning golf course views and proximity to some of Oahu’s best attractions. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s perfect for surfing and snorkeling enthusiasts, with incredible spots nearby to enjoy the ocean.Additionally, the property is conveniently located near the Polynesian Cultural Center, making it easy to immerse yourself in the rich Hawaiian culture. The home itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.This property is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and adventure Oahu has to offer. We can’t wait to return!
We were so excited to head to Hawaii for the holidays and this location and accommodation only added to our excitement. Great location, very clean, on the Turtle Bay golf course. Helena was awesome to work with and very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book with this host again!!
This property was a wonderful part of our stay in Oahu! The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of kitchenwares and towels, and the AC units quickly cool the place down when you come home from your adventures. The beach equipment was so helpful as well! The owner was thorough in directions and answered questions promptly. My family loved using the nearby pool and eating on the back patio which looks out to a quiet golf course. It is a quick drive to the beach which Turtle Bay Resort is on, a great beach for families. Definitely would recommend staying here
Very nice
We loved our stay! The property was clean, check in and out was very easy, and the extra supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels, and beach towels) were much appreciated and saved us from having to rent them elsewhere. Hosts were responsive and helpful with questions before our stay and provided recommendations. The location is great! Walking distance to a few secluded beaches and the resort restaurants, driving to all the north shore has to offer. Really the only thing that could be noted is that the window AC units struggled to keep up on the afternoon of the warmest day of our stay. They did the trick to keep us cool and comfortable in the evenings, nights, and mornings and we weren't usually in the unit much during the afternoon anyway, so it didn't impact us a lot. But if it's gonna be really hot while you're there and you're staying in, maybe prep to take a dip in the pool (really close to the unit, actually) to cool off. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend it to friends!
We were happy to see that the property was as described and the location was convenient and only one hour from the airport! The property is older but well maintained. Plenty of kitchen ware for our needs but some of the pots and pans have seen better days. The beds were VERY comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and addressed an issue with the kitchen sink faucet immediately and we were not inconvenienced in the slightest. The washer and dryer were a plus however the washer leaked off and on and we were told that a new washer is on the way! Again, we were not inconvenienced at all and appreciated the property manager's quick response to our needs. We have a couple of recommendations when it's time to upgrade: 1) quieter air conditioners would be great! It was wonderful to have airconditioning but we really didn't need it. We used the fans and opened the windows and sliding glass doors to the patio and we were very comfortable during our entire stay! 2: add one or two more bar stools to the island bar for indoor eating. That being said, it was great sitting on the patio enjoying meals and our coffee in the mornings. We experienced no insects and were vigilant about cleaning up after cooking and eating so as not to attract any. We definitely will look forward to booking with Helen and the Aloha Team led by Marcela! It was great to come back to the place each day and relax after a day out visiting family! Loved the location, quiet, clean and near the pool. Since the golf course was closed, you're able to walk the course on the paths or bike on the path, beautiful! Enjoyed the pickleball as well!
I felt this property was just okay. Here is our breakdown: Pros: *2 king beds are purple mattresses - very comfortable. *Property grounds feel safe/clean *neighbors friendly *washer and dryer which was helpful Cons: *Downstairs bathroom doesn't work well! Toilet almost doesn't flush. Plan on flushing 2 to 3 times if there's a poop. Bathtub doesn't plug, so you lose your water. We put a bowl in there, trying to give our younger kids a bath, but then we also realized you run out of hot water after filling only a couple of inches *Kitchen *the microwave went out almost every time it was used. You will need to reset the breaker. Luckily it is in the kitchen. There is also an ant problem. Plan on bringing ziplocs and putting your food in the microwave or fridge to help prevent the issue. Living room: This has a pull-out couch, but you are not allowed to use it. The fan in there doesn't work, so it gets a bit hot. The floors are strangely sticky. We tried to clean them with a wet rag, but it didn't help. *I can handle most bugs, but we did have 4 cockroaches in our 4 day trip. *First aid kit *My daughter got a cut at the ocean, so we went back to the room to clean it. When we opened it up, it was full of mold and virtually no supplies. That was a big bummer! Lastly, there was not even ONE extra blanket in the house. My older boy and girl wouldn't share a bed and had to use towels the first night. Luckily, we met a neighbor and they happily let us borrow a blanket!
Beautiful area, nice walking/biking trails, fun snorkeling in Turtle Bay.
