ACCESS & PARKING
Door Keypad Open the screen door to access the keypad. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Great Property. Great Location. Super simple start to end.
Great place to stay.
Great location, super clean and well equipped condo for a great beach vacation. Hosts were super organized and communication was top notch.
We traveled with another couple, and this property was perfect for us, with bedroom and bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Furnishings were lovely and the location was so convenient for everything on the North Shore, as well as the PCC. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a cooler were provided, which was a great added amenity for a property in this area. Helena was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved our time here! Clean place and easy access. We were family of 5 and it fit us great. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings and loved being close to turtle bay and loved the walking path kaiwela trail, absolutely beautiful and then turtles swimming in the bay. I would stay here again!

This was a great property for 5 people for 9 nights! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use was very convenient!
Property was not clean upon arrival, filthy shower curtains & couch. Rented unit for 2 weeks and the unit next door was undergoing a complete renovation. Rental agent claimed to be unaware & that it should not have been allowed. On the Saturday morning we left, painting crew showed up next door at 7:15 to begin work for the day. Very disappointed
Great location and attentive property manager. Check in was a breeze! The screen door on the lanai is a little tricky & the bathrooms could use a little updating, but all in all it was a great unit and I would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is within walking distance to Turtle Bay or if you prefer to drive, there is ample parking available at the hotel. The owner's provided everything we needed for the beach although the beach chairs could use updating. The pools, tennis courts and pickle ball courts were all great. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of paper products and trash bags for our week long stay. The kitchen could use additional cooking utensils and the blender did not work. The master bathroom needs updating, the shower is VERY small. There are lots of beaches to explore, restaurants and food trucks, but you will need a car.
Our family of four enjoyed our stay in the north shore in this comfortable, clean, and well-equipped condominium within a short walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort. We would recommend this place to others and will keep it on our short list of rentals in the future.
What a great family holiday. Safe, clean, and comfortable townhome located in the beautiful North Shore. Plenty of room for our family to relax in our own spaces. We really enjoyed the beach gear, being so close to Turtle Bay Resort, and exploring Oahu. Helena is terrific. Quick and clear communication and very welcoming. We would enjoy staying here again. Thank you for a great week.
There was plenty of room for our family. AC was nice. However, dryer did not work for the length of our stay which made drying clothes, swim stuff and towels tough. Noisy with Kam Highway close by and several roosters.
