The stay way amazing! The house had everything we needed and was in the best location.

Host was very welcoming and there were great amenities including a big supply of towels, coffee/kitchen supplies, and beach equipment.

Everything organized. Clean condo. Very responsive host.

The condo was in a gated community which created a hood sense of security. It had a beautiful outlook over the golf course. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen supplies right through to the bathrooms. Spacious & comfortable living quarters. Good walking distance to beach & restaurants. Very clear instruction left by owner. I would recommend this condo & would certainly stay here again. Thank you Cindy.

This condo on the North Shore is a great choice for families with younger kids or couples. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need, including beach toys and a wagon to haul them with. This made going to the beach a breeze. We highly recommend it and would definitely book again. The only downside was that we were about a half hour past check-out time when we finally packed up (as it often is with young kids). The cleaning lady was a bit snippy about it, but that’s just one small thing.

Air conditioner was broken for the entirety of our stay which the host emailed to tell me about the day before our arrival. When I emailed her to complain she offered nothing. Golf course was closed the entire time which no one told us. The condo was pretty run down and not super clean. Do not recommend, stay somewhere else.

Perfect location for our family (80 year old dad and 5 adult kids 40-50 yrs). We had travel plans to sight see in our rental car every day, so we didn't want to stay in packed city high rise. The property was as described, clean and stocked with things we thought we would need to buy, so that was nice. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. The area was quiet, nice pool, short walk to Lei Lei's restaurant.

We liked the place just to hot for us and people sleeping in loft.

Communication with host was very good. Would have given a higher rating, but property advertised as having air conditioning, but A/C was actually only available in 2 bedrooms. If I had known that I would have booked elsewhere because we needed the AC due to health issues.

Great that Cindy provided beach chairs and various water toys. Would definitely recommend the property to others.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Cindy is a great host-always quick to respond to any questions, and she left a detailed binder with lots of info. This property had everything we needed to cook, and beach chairs/towels-that was such a huge bonus. The lack of a gas grill was a disappointment, and the charcoal one at the pool wasn’t what we were looking for-but that was minor. The convenience to Turtle Bay and their amenities, and also beautiful N. Shore beaches was perfect. I would rate this a 4.5. The biggest negative for us was the small size of the loft and how hot it was-even on days that there was a beautiful breeze. Luckily there were fans, and if you weren’t sleeping 2 college aged girls that wanted space to open their suitcase then it wouldn’t be a big deal. Overall we were very happy and had a wonderful time at this property.

Great location on the north shore…close to beaches , the community pool and the Kahuku sugar mill! Clean property which fit our family of 6 perfectly! We also appreciated the additional beach chairs/toys/coolers. We had a minor issue with one of the bathroom showers; Cindy responded very quickly and had it fixed that day.

The location was perfect and it’s clear that the property owner put a lot of thought into anticipating every need. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5. The a/c was a blessing at night and the day time breezes through the condo were pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals and it was well stocked. Location on the Northshore can't be beat. Our family would definitely stay here again.

We came to Hawaii to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday (1 baby, 1 7 yr old and 5 adults). The condo was perfect! Cindy went to extra mile with extra details around the unit. It literally had everything we could need! It was just right for our group and the location could not have been better! Walk to the Ritz for coffee, walk to the beaches, walk to the pools, it was awesome!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week on vacation. Unfortunately this same week the unit was having roofing repairs, that we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We had to be out of the unit each day to avoid the noise and workers. We also returned each night to debris all over the unit that had fallen from the ceiling during the day. We were forced to clean all surfaces, flooring and bedding on a daily basis before we could relax. We contacted the host and she agreed to waive the cleaning fee, but beyond that said it was out of her control and that we arrived each evening to late to have a cleaning person come. All this really impacted our vacation. No one wants to spend time deep cleaning on a daily basis while on vacation!

The property was clean. Easy access to Turtle Bay. Cynthia was very kind. This place had everything you could need for the North Shore. Thank you for providing us with such great accommodations.

The condo was well equipped. Lots of beach gear and a well stocked kitchen. Be aware that it is a good 10 minute walk to the beach but the grounds are beautiful. I would have given our stay a 5 rating had it not been for the roof construction going on the entire week. Cindy was very gracious and offred us a partial refund

3 school friends meet up after 25 years, just perfect. Fantastic walks around the estate leading to nesting Albatros and the Northern most point in one direction and an idylic beach in the other.. Great bus service but a car ia also needed. also

Loved our time at the property. Lovely unit, stocked kitchen, super responsive host, beautiful setting on the golf course.We really enjoyed the proximity of the restaurants at Turtle Bay and the many beaches we could walk to. The walking and running paths were superb for daily exercise. All the neighbors and guests we met were very friendly. The pool was super clean and warm and quiet. We didn’t get to use the tennis or pickle ball courts this trip. Look forward to coming back! Thanks to Cynthia for being such a great host. Much aloha.

Two thumbs up from my group! Location is great, away from the city life in Honolulu. Definitely a relaxed feel, island life, which we wanted for our vacation. Perfect as a base to go on day trips, or just relax by the pool or minutes walk to nearby beach. Amenities like kitchen, appliances, dishes, spices towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, smart TVs, wifi, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, wagon coolers all provided! Bonus was the ice maker and discount at the grocery store! Lots of close by restaurant options, at the golf course is only a couple mins walk from the condo, or just a bit further walk away you could also dine at the resort. Food trucks are only 6 mins drive away! Very clean and comfortable. All the little things were covered to get our vacation started!Mahalo!

We had a fantastic time at the condo! It was the perfect location. I attended a conference at the nearby Ritz Turtle Bay, which was an easy and pleasant walk. The condo was so clean and had *everything* you could want for a beach vacation - all the beach equipment for kids and adults, snorkel gear, and so many nice touches. It was spotless and had super comfy beds. We loved the sea breeze keeping everything cool and never turned on the ac at all. The pack n play was much appreciated for our little one. We could have a meal in or check out the local food trucks, grocery store poke, and restaurants too. The pool was a 60 second walk away. Thank you Cindy! We will be back to stay if we are fortunate enough to be back on Oahu in the near future!!! Mahalo!

We have been to these properties once before and loved our stay. When we decided to come back we wanted something large enough to accommodate my husband and my and our 2 boys in their 20s - as well as my sister who stayed for a few days. The condo was very comfortable, very well appointed - super comfortable beds - it was all great!. Nice short walk to the hotel, golf, etc. We love this area of the north shore and will definitely come to this property again!

We had the best time staying in Turtle Bay!! This rental was so clean and had everything we needed both for time in the house and at the beach/pool!! Perfectly located near beautiful beaches and the site it’s located is beautiful and relaxing! Would love to come back again in the future!!

Condo was clean and nice. I personally would not rent it again because it stated it had AC when it only had AC in two bedrooms ( which 1 didn’t work). The rest of the house was very hot/ humid and hard to sleep and hard to relax in. Owners very nice.

We had an awesome time!! Stayed Sunday through Friday, couldn’t fit in enough time to get to do everything we wanted to but was great what all we did!! Very nice location for the north shore!! Will say lots of driving back and forth over an hour if want to do things on other sides of the island, but was a bad drive. Very scenic drives everywhere we went. Sad to have to leave and already want to start planning on a time to come back!!!! The water was great and loved the showers off and on through the day. Perfect weather to relax and vacation in. We are from north Texas about an hour from Dallas and was perfect time to come to Hawai’i!!!

As a whole, our stay was amazing. There were a lot of extras in addition to the essentials. The condo was gorgeous and the extended property was beautiful also. We really appreciated the air conditioning and fans throughout the condo. There was ample room for 6 adults. Beds were well appointed. Proximity to everything on the north shore was fabulous. About 1/2 way through our stay I noticed the water would t get hot and thought it was just a fluke. But by the next day we realized there was no hot water at all. Cindy was communicating with me but nothing really worked so we just dealt with it. Not a huge set back but mildly uncomfortable. I believe she got a repair person scheduled as soon as she could. All in all, great place that I would definitely recommend.

Very clean condo, excellent communication and responsiveness from property manager. Beautiful location. It was spacious enough for four adults, two 13 years olds and one 11 year old. Very quiet and the pool was close but a bit on the cool side. The pools on the east side seem warmer. Great promixity to Turtle Bay Resort and ocean swimming. Highly recommend it.

We had a great stay! It was perfect for my immediate family and my parents. Both rooms have window AC units which worked great. We only used them at night and they cooled the rooms down perfectly. The living room had a ceiling fan and when we opened the front door and the sliding door to the lanai, we got a nice breeze that came through. The pool was great, the location was great, everything was great! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family vacation was more fun because of the location of this tidy and comfortable condo. There were three beaches to walk to, pools to relax in, plus many amenities at the Turtle Bay Resort. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and the use of a local discount card for groceries.

Cindy was an amazing host! The location of the condo was just beautiful! If you love being in the quiet "countryside" this is the place to stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach! Don't forget bags when you go to a store, which she has plenty there, as merchants charge you for bags there. Staying here was great! Would recommend to anyone!

Great location. Loved how peaceful it was with fewer people than the city. Access to Turtle Bay hotel, and the trails around the beaches was a big plus. The condo itself has pretty much everything you could need. Hostess responded to inquiries and questions very quickly. Thank you for having us. Would recommend and book again.

The condo was the perfect size. Very clean and open. The view of the golf course from the back lania are gorgeous at night to see a partial sunset. The owner has all the toys for the beach, which was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. The condo is close to many things on the Northshore.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Such a great location - about at 10 minute walk to the hotel or you can drive and park for free. Easy beach access. The condo itself is nice, was perfect for our family. Very clean & nice furnishings. The owner has equipped the condo with with just about anything you could need. (Beach towels, kitchen gadgets, bathroom amenities, beach supplies, detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer, even umbrellas for the rain). I appreciated all the details. The bedrooms have nice ceiling fans and window ac units that do a great job keeping the rooms cool. I messaged the owner a couple times with questions and she was very quick to get back to me. I definitely recommend this condo for your Hawaiian vacay!

If you are looking forward a more authentic trip to Oahu, the North shore is the place to stay. It has beautiful beaches that are less crowded and definitely my preferred area. I have stayed at several different condos in the Turtle Bay area and this unit is one of the better ones. The AC in both bedrooms was appreciated. Although the family room gets warm especially when you run the dryer, which vents into the unit (all the condos there work this way) if you open the front door and the sliding door off the back, it cooled down quickly. I appreciated the one hour early check in, responsive host, and luggage racks. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped. Instructions were clear and easy and communication was great. The complex was quiet. There’s a small beach at the resort that’s calm enough to swim at and a short walk from the condo. Lovely location to reach everything on the north shore.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything you could imagine and then some. Perfect location especially if you want to spend your time in the North Shore area like we did. Great views on the golf course and quick access to the pool. We will definitely try to book here again!

Our stay at this Turtle Bay condo was absolutely phenomenal! From the fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities to the incredibly comfortable beds, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The condo was immaculately clean and well-organized, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The fresh breeze flowing through the condo was a magical experience on its own. Being so close to Turtle Bay Resort was a huge plus, offering unforgettable sunset experiences and fantastic beach days. The convenience of being just a short drive away from the Polynesian Cultural Center (don’t miss it) made our trip even more memorable. Wonderful location on the North Shore. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we are so thankful we opted for the North Shore and Turtle Bay as opposed to the city. The condo was wonderful. It was clean and very well appointed. If there was anything you needed (pantry, condiments, toiletries, sunscreen, or laundry items etc...) Cindy had it all covered. She also left us a welcome giftbox of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We enjoyed the golf course view as well. We could still hear the ocean at night and enjoyed the cross breeze. We never needed the AC. We would definitely recommend this property to friends. Great space for kids in the loft. Our 80 year old mom stayed in the downstairs queen bedroom which gave us the privacy we needed with the main king bedroom & bath being upstairs... so BIG YAY!!

We loved this location and place was really nice. We couldn’t believe how well stocked the entire place was with sunblock, towels, beach stuff, umbrella and some food items left. The place was cleaned nicely and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was super clean, comfortable and had so many extras. The owner was easy to contact and replied to text within 30 minutes. Staying on the North Shore is so much better than staying in Honolulu, it's a much slower pace and the beaches are beautiful. It was great to come back to this beautiful condo every evening, we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more.

We have been vacationing on the north shore in Jan/Feb for 10+ years in various vacation rentals but this was our first stay in a condo on the Turtle Bay property. Cindy’s condo did not disappoint…it was perfect for our stay! It is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, to the beach gear. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. The beds are very comfortable, the entire space is nicely decorated with personal touches throughout, very good information booklet for use of all items inside. An easy walk or drive to the beach & restaurants on site. The pictures and descriptions are exactly as depicted and we enjoyed having all the doors open to enjoy the lovely breeze and listen to the birds. Communication with Cindy was excellent. It was my mother-in-law’s first visit to Hawaii and she was so relaxed and comfortable, she said she could live in this condo!

We had the best time! I was completely shocked at how well the place was stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to spread out but also be able to be close with the family. My only minor suggestion would be more places to hang towels in the bathroom, again very minor and didn't affect our stay at all. Everything was great!

We felt very safe and comfortable here! The condos are quiet and gated. There weren’t many people at the pools in January/February but they are clean with nice seating. In the condo: The beds were comfy and clean, the ac in the rooms worked very well, plenty of fans to cool down the common areas, and the best beach gear. We used the beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, bucket/toys, sunscreen, and aloe. The first few days the temperature was in the 70s without a breeze and it got a little muggy and warm in the living room and loft even with windows open and fans on. Once there was a breeze it was very comfortable. We didn’t mind that because we mostly were just there to sleep and brief times in the morning. There were several good quality fans to keep us cool too. Having two bedrooms with doors was great to keep those areas cooler. No complaints. We loved the location. We walked over to Turtle Bay Resort for coffee and the view often. We spent the rest of our time hiking, visiting different beaches, watching surf competitions, or exploring the rest of O’ahu. We are picky about beds, air conditioning, and overall vibe and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised -- clean and had everything we needed. The resort near/around the property is beautiful with lots to do.

Time spent was lovely until 2 nights before the end of our vacation. My son was bitten in multiple places on his body by what we believed to be a bedbug. We were able to photograph the creature before killing it. We sent photos to the owner and to VRBO. Response from either party was seriously lacking. We were not made aware of cleaning practices implemented before the next guest arrived. My son was traumatized and we had to find alternate sleeping arrangements. This led to a very disappointing end to our vacation. There has yet to be any form of remuneration by either party. I do not plan to rent with VRBO or this owner in the future.
