Kuilima Estates West #120: North Shore Golf View

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The accommodation was wonderful - updated and clean. Access was easy and hassle-free. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The air conditioning and fans in each room kept us comfortable throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the supply of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Highly recommend!

Rental was very well managed, communication clear and easy, and everything worked as it was reported. Location was perfect for our family get together with others who live on the north shore! Customer service was kind, efficient and accommodating. Very considerate! Thanks, will definitely want to stay her again!

Had a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Kuilima Estates. We had 2 people in their late 70s, 2 people in their mid-40s and a 9 year old. We all loved the space! Unit 120 was well equipped, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The staff replied quickly to questions, and were good communicators. PROS:* The BEDS were very comfortable, and the pillows were incredible. * Air conditioning in every room! All the rooms had their own mini-splits that cooled the spaces down very quickly to whatever temp they liked. * The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed! Plenty of silverware, glasses of different sizes, large bowls, utensils, etc… very well equipped. Plastic cups and plates for the kids would’ve been great though. * The place was super clean* There was a ton of beach stuff to use - chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkels, etc. So awesome!* The view of the golf course was lovely. And the cute little birds greeted us every morning on the patio. * Plenty of bath towels and washcloths available. * The washer/dryer was greatCONS:* The indoor stairs are quite slippery, so hold the railing. * There was no conditioner in the upstairs shower (an easy remedy, but still annoying in the moment). * The twin beds upstairs were very close together - we all kept stubbing our toes on the middle bracket on the bed frames* The nearest grocery store was kind of a trek.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely great place to stay. We stayed for the week and everything was perfect. We went to the beach several times and sand chairs, snorkeling gear and separate beach towels were provided. If we ever come to the North Shore again, we will definitely book again!

We arrived after sunset and the porch light didn’t work. It worked the next night, but not the last night. This is a safety issue. There wasn’t an extra roll of paper towels. No cloth kitchen towel.

We enjoyed the location for exploring the North Shore. 5 of us were very comfortable and we loved that there were boogie boards and beach chairs provided. Bathroom counters are small which was slightly inconvenient with lots of girls. It was a longer walk than we expected to the resort and beach, but we ended up driving to other beaches mostly, so it didn’t matter.

Everything was good in the unit except the refrigerator. The freezer did not keep our frozen items frozen. We wasted ice cream and smoothie fruits and vegetables as everything melted. Contacted the property manager who was not able to find a repairman to fix the problem while we were there. No consolation was offered.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Curtains didn't cover the windows in the bedrooms for privacy or light, no full length mirror, freezer doesn't have ice make. The kitchen was well equipped, if you plan on cooking. The furniture in the the L/R was comfortable.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and tastefully updated. And the location can’t be beat. It was a short walk to Turtle Bay resort, and a short drive to Foodland, several food trucks, and numerous world-famous surf breaks. We’d love to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Great location for walking to Turtle Bay, driving to beaches, food trucks and grocery stores. We will be back!

Coffee machine was broken, however the property manager came quickly to switch it out with a working one that was nice. The king bed upstairs was broken in the middle and my husband attempted to fix it but it was a cheaply made bed frame. Unfortunately there were limited cookware supplies which was disappointing, because we fully intended to cook most of our meals. But overall the place was fine for a party of 5. The property manager was great in communicating quickly and proactive in making our experience a great one. Lei Lei restaurant was great!.

It's really clean and everything is ready. My child was injured, but it was equipped with a band, so I used it well. It's close to Shark's Cove. At there we used beach chairs and beach towels they prepared for us. Turtle Bay Resort and Turtle Beach are great places to see the sunset. I was happy every day because the shape and color of the sunset were different every day. I liked everything inside the house, but the best thing for me was that it had a washing machine so I could dry clothes easily and the detergent smell was great. The bedding is very clean and the bedding smells so~~ good. I'm a foreigner and it was really easy to contact them. I was also grateful for that. I highly recommend it.
