Our host, Bernie, was wonderful! We were given excellent directions for arrival. The condo is very clean and well kept and had everything we needed! Location was perfect, close to stores and swimming! Would highly recommend this condo! I would definitely return again! Mahalo!

Truly was the perfect location! Walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort beach or a 10 to 20 minute drive to the other beaches.

Excellent, central location on the North Shore. Beaches, food trucks, hikes, shopping....all in either direction. Walk to beach aceess from the property as well. Saw turtles at this beach several times while snorkeling. Very safe, quiet gated community. Great value. Very clean. Would stay again.

The home was very nice in a beautiful area overlooking a golf course next door to a Ritz Carlton Resort next to the beach. The home was equipped with everything you might need and the host and manager were always present and available when messaging them .

Modern, clean condo. Excellent location for north shore activities. I took TheBus to places like Sharks Cove and skipped the parking problems.

This condo felt like home for us during our week stay in O'ahu! Loved the pool and pickleball courts! The location was perfect and very close to Sunset Beach and Ted's Bakery! Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of issues with VRBO but our host made the experience the best ever! Kama and Bernie went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend them for a first class experience!

Love this location. Short drive to so many lovely beaches. Walking distance to Turtle Bay/Ritz Carlton. Beach House Restaurant at Turtle Bay is a must. Our hosts Bernie and Kam were very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay again.

It was a beautiful condo and a nice location by the pool. We loved the enclosed patio with lights and the communication from the manager was one of the best we’ve ever had.

What a wonderful property! All the comforts of home. We could have moved in and been totally comfortable. Fabulous location. What a comfortable couch and ottoman. An awesome bed. Large and well lit bath. Beautiful golf course view outside bedroom sliding glass door and nice patio. Additional private, enclosed patio off of dining room. Welcome Hawaiian chocolates and cookies were a nice touch. We loved our stay here!

My husband and I chose this North Shore VRBO as base for our exploration of North & East Oahu. It was a lovely condo as pictured with plenty of gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear including flippers, boogie boards, tennis rackets and balls, beach towels, a few sand toys). Next door to the condo is a community pool (didn't use), but did enjoy the free tennis courts. The Ritz Carlton is a 10min walk or 1min drive (parking & beach free but pool requires a 80 day pass). We enjoyed a drink at their pool bar and ate at the Beach House by Roys. There are several other restaurants you can walk to or 8 min drive to wonderful food trucks in Kahuku.The assistant and property manager were very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with the door lock. They came and repaired it the same day. Other than that, we had no problems. They left us a welcome gift which was greatly appreciated.The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes and had lots of spices and oatmeal, though we just ate breakfast there.The unit does have a washer/dryer though we did not end up using it. The water pressure in shower/tub is good. The mattress was a little softer than I am used to but overall comfortable. We appreciated the fan in the bedroom. There is a TV in bedroom and family room with cable and streaming services. Parking is free and outside the unit. Only negative is thin walls/ceiling so you can hear upstairs/next door. Rest of area very quiet though. We highly recommend!

We stayed here for a few days while visiting the North Shore. Everything was great, clean, and accessible! Everywhere we wanted to go was close by. The property manager was very communicative and responded quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely come back!!

This place is an absolute gem. Beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you could think of. It’s a great location with the ritz/beach a short walk away, pool next door, and quiet golf course out back. To top it off Kama and Bernie are very responsive and helpful. You better book it soon, because if not we will again :)

Great area , quick walk to the beach where you can snorkel, wonderful grounds near the Ritz Carlton, nice outdoor sitting spaces, nice quality condo. This is definitely a good booking and the turtle Bay area was just wonderful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kamakani’s condo. The owners were extremely responsive and available to help with any needs that arose. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for family outings, including beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrella. Great location in the turtle bay condo complex facing the golf course!

We were very pleased with our stay here in Turtle Bay. We were able to take advantage of both the local areas as well as some further away. The accommodations were great. Very comfortable and clean. We would recommend it to our friends and family.

This condo was impressive! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything, from kitchen utensils, spices, foil, coffee, sugar, bath essentials and also things for the beach. The bed was also very comfortable. Bonus, it is right next door to the pool if you prefer over the ocean. We went to the beach at Turtle Bay everyday and it was lovely. I had an amazing time spending new years at the condo with my childhood best friends. It was a very clean, lovely condo with a beautiful view of the golf course and close to the ocean.

This was a wonderful experience for my family of 4. My 18 yr old boys slept on floor mats that were provided and my husband and I slept in very comfortable king bed. The location was great. Everything we needed was in the condo incl beach towels, snorkel equipment and rafts and beach chairs We stayed over Christmas and we were very pleased with all of it. We hope to be back! The hosts communicated very well with us. We own a property we VRBO in s. Utah so we know what it means to be exceptional hosts. These guys were the BEST!

The property was exactly as described and seen in the pics. It was amazing. Close enough to the resort and beach without the resort price! Kama and Bernie were great to correspond with—attentive in every way. We would love to come back someday and recommend the property 100%!!

This is a very clean, updated recently condo right on golf course. The pool is steps away.

Property description is spot on- walking distance to Turtle Bay for a swim, drinks & food. Nice location next to golf course, great location away from the crowds of Waikiki and a private, safe Self-parking next to condo (No-Valet fee's !) . Epic location right near beach. The amount of rules can be a bit overwhelming and it felt like we were always on the verge of doing something wrong. Otherwise it was great if you can handle that!

The condo is better than the description. It is has everything you need to make you stay even better. Beach towels, chairs, boogie board, cooler, and more. Easy walk to the beach from the condo, and the private beach is not crowded. Absolutely loved it!

Very comfortable stay - lovely main bedroom and living area. Small, but functional kitchen - had everything we needed. Short walk across the golf course to the beach and another 5-10mins up to Tutle Bay Cove, where we snorkelled with turtles everyday! Great access to the resort pool for any days where the beach was no good. Matresses provided were fine for the kids to sleep on in the living room, and we could put them away easily/quickly during the day. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and comfortable property with full kitchen. My wife and I enjoyed 4 days here, and we were easily able to get to beaches, snorkeling, and sites of interest on the North Shore and windward (west) side of the island. Highly recommend! Would come back here.

The unit is as advertised! I stayed here with a group of 4 adults. We shared the king bed and the large air mattress and had no issues at all. The unit is in a great location as well in North Shore! I’d highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our vacation! We were in town for a family wedding. Location was perfect and house was just as described on the listing! Host was very accommodating to our needs.

We really loved everything. It was like staying at your family’s summer house. Super clean, comfortable. Amazing location to explore North Shore. Super quick replies from property manager. 5 minutes drive to really good food trucks. 12 minutes drive to Foodland. I would book again for sure.

We had a fantastic experience at the condo in Turtle Bay. Communication with the host, Bernie, was excellent—very responsive and helpful. The parking was easy and convenient, and the pool was just 20 meters away, which was perfect for our family. The location is also superb, with two great beaches nearby and plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring the beautiful surroundings. We had such a fun time in the North Shore and wished we planned a whole weeks stay instead. The hosts are wonderful! From booking the stay to checking out, the hosts made it easy and painless. They were responsive and helpful throughout. The location of the property is so convenient and we were able to enjoy destinations within walking and reasonable driving distances.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights in July. Communication was great, no issues at all with checking in. The condo is very nicely renovated, with everything you need and more for your stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the property as a whole is very well kept. We had no issues or concerns, it was a great spot to stay while exploring the North Shore of beautiful Oahu. Mahalo to Bernie for your kindness and sightseeing suggestions! Definitely recommend! This place was perfect for our quick family getaway. The communication and check in instructions were clear and detailed. The host and property manager were very friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, with so many things to do to keep everyone occupied. The kids loved the pool. I enjoyed jogging around the property to the resort and the horse stable, and a little walk behind the condo goes to a beautiful secluded beach and Kawela Bay is a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I loved so much about this place. The hosts were awesome and the condo is really nice with everything you need. It was very clean and comfy bed, sofa and recliner type chair. Nice Bluetooth speaker, TV, cable, etc. The location is great for around Turtle Bay. There are really great beaches on both sides of Turtle Bay nearby ~20 mins. The beach near the condo is ok, but there are much nicer beaches to drive to close by. We spent time around Turtle Bay Resort, just as if we were staying there, but cheaper!. The kitchen and amenities at this unit were great. Very Well appointed. The grill by pool is charcoal only. Pool was nice and very close to unit. Sunsets were amazing at Turtle Bay. Very Peaceful for the most part. The unit is on ground floor and there is a unit upstairs - one night the occupants were up later than I hoped partying. I put on white noise from my phone and it didn't stop me or my son from falling asleep. Overall A+ in my book.

Superb apartment, beautifully decorated and renovated. Very spacious with brand new amenities. Private and quiet property. Location is great to explore what the North Shore has to offer. Parking spot very convenient. Lovely heated swimming pool and the views on the golf area are beautiful. We enjoyed the smooth communication and instructions, everything was easy from start to end. We had a fantastic stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!
