DIY not done very well and bad dry rot in bathroom and kitchen. Makes property looks bad.
Couldn’t get anyone at the front desk. There parking was dirty and damp and we still had to pay for parking.
Theresa did a great job at check in. Everything was explained clearly. Site is a good location (a few scary people wandering around. I would not let my wife outdoors alone. Not Theresa’s issue.) Place could be cleaner especially since we’re charged a cleaning fee. Bathtub is very slippery when wet.
Actual accommodation was not of the same standard of the photos Floors dirty, many repairs needed throughout unit However, real estate agent excellent and responded to our request
Bad experience and will never stay there and not worth the price. It was old and stunk with old appliances that would not work.

Great room close to everything and minutes away from the beach
This was a decent room with all the basoc things one would require. It is an older building, but it is located at a great location and adequate for my stay.
Needs better couch.
