Konea 404 is an upgraded two-bedroom suite that offers guests the best of both worlds. Enjoy beautiful partial ocean views, as well as stunning views of the West Maui Mountains, right from the comfort of your spacious lanai.
As the very first two-bedroom suite back from the oceanfront column, you will find that this suite exceeds expectations in terms of location. Depending on the time of year, you may be greeted by a sunrise or sunset. You might also be able to witness the splendor of Maui's seasonal visitors...the humpback whales. The spacious lanai even allows you to watch a loved one go down the waterslide!
Suite 404 affords a perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate. The suite can accommodate up to six guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living area. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the fully appointed kitchen. We have provided every appliance and utensil to create the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.
Get swept away by the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors. Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the cool comfort of climate-controlled air conditioning.
Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three-acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and four hot tubs, there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.
A state-of-the-art fitness center is located in the Konea Tower, perfect for guests looking to maintain their workout routine during their stay.
Should you feel like pampering yourself with a refreshing massage or treatment, head to the Mana Ola Spa. This sanctuary within the resort weaves Hawaiian-inspired themes and ingredients into its wide array of signature treatments. Everything in our unit was amazing!! Having 2 master suites worked out so nicely!! Amenities were all wonderful and the condo was clean and very well maintained!!! We will definitely be returning!!
This was a great location and we loved the property. It’s close to everything and the beach is great too. We loved the condo and the property managers were very prompt to respond to our needs. Highly recommend
We stayed in Konea 404, and I have nothing but praise. From checking in, to periodic questions throughout our visit, scheduling rides to town, which was included, proximity to the beach and waterfront, and checking out. Our room was immaculate, and I purposely booked this particular suite because of the views, hardwood flooring, the privacy that the two bedrooms offered and the open-air feeling. You can literally open the patio doors the entire length of the living room and dining space. While in the living room, or on the patio, you have ocean views to the West and mountain views the entire length of the East and South. I realize most want ocean views, but the mountains were truly lovely and tranquil since there were only buildings at the base, which left the hillsides pristine. I am afraid of heights, yes even floor 4, so I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be fine and only added to the beauty of the views. This is a two-bedroom apartment with large bathrooms in both and they sit opposite sides of the suite, so there was plenty of privacy for both parties. Oh, and for anyone who cares there was great water pressure in the showers, which I find rare when traveling. The grounds were clean and there were enough BBQ’s to use in the evening to cook dinner if you wanted. The kitchen itself had all you need for cooking a full meal and entertaining. We even had a last-minute engagement party for my daughter and future son-in-law! The living room couch had some wear and tear and will probably need to be updated in the next year or so, and the Teflon pans had seen better days. I almost feel guilty writing about those two items since our stay was so amazing. I can't really share about the pools because we spent our days at the beach on site, or visited other beaches. Another benefit of the room were the beach chairs and coolers offered for use. This place is really a gem.
The best location and resort.
Extremely happy with this rental. Very clean and upscale unit, great south facing balcony that gives views of both the lush green hills to the east and the ocean to the west. Wish we could've stayed longer! Having Dukes Beach House on property is amazing . . . and dangerous :) The only thing that wasn't perfect was we couldn't get in the unit until after 4 but we were down at the pool enjoying that beautiful amenity. Maui Resort Rentals was incredibly responsive even on our last minute booking. We'll definitely be using them as a resource for our next Maui vacation.
