No construction work will occur on holidays (including July 03, 2026 – Independence Day observed). My family and I really enjoyed our stay! With the beach right next door and an easy walk to town, the location was ideal. The host also left thoughtful items like laundry pods and dish soap, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again next time we visit the big island.
The AC was amazing, by far the best my wife and I have had in any condo we've stayed in. However the support from the staff was awful. And the instructions for parking are incredibly convoluted and unclear. The guide inside your condo is basically just a list of do not do's instead of anything remotely helpful. And be prepared for all manner of noise between the road, and the homeless population that take up residency at the beach below. All in all I would suggest staying somewhere else if given the opportunity.
We were happy to find this booking in the B building at Kona Reef. The view of Honi beach is lovely. Starter pack -Heavenly Hawaiian coffee! - and cold water in fridge was appreciated.Overall the unit is nicely updated. AC in bedroom a plus. We found we didn't need it in living area. Screen door to deck and ceiling fan kept it comfortable. Gather was responsive after hours upon our arrival. Just operator error in retrieving the key. Rep was very courteous and provided additional information on phone to us.
The property was as described. Great mornings spent on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
Wonderful location. On the beach, yet not crowded. Only a 10 min walk to the main strip with a lot of restaurants and shops.
We loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. The condo was great and the location was perfect.

This is a nice property with a view of the beach. Nice pool area, with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are abundant beach toys, chairs, etc.
