This is the ideal location in Kona. Centrally located and the fact that there is parking makes it a great place to stay. The unit itself is nice and is equipped with everything needed for a stay. However, I personally had too many issues with checkin, ants in the kitchen and no one getting back to me it detracted from the holiday. If you go with this property you will need to be proactive in getting responses and follow ups from the property management. I would come back to this property if it wasn’t managed by Vacasa.

We were very impress with this condo, It was bigger than we image. The unit was very clean, well stocked and had AC!!! We would stay there again when we revisit the Kona area.

This apartment condo is a perfect get away location. Super close to shops, restaurants, the water and more. The complex is well cared for. The apartment was clean and fresh. The agent was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We are sad to leave. Mahalo

The condo is perfect for a week long stay! The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals, from pots to spices and oils thee is everything you need to feed a family. There are even 2 coffee makers, a ninja blender and insta pot! The bathrooms and rooms are clean and comfortable with tons of pillows. We enjoyed coming back to our condo after a day out and being able to chill out with a good home cooked meal. The pool in extra awesome to lounge in after a day of adventures. Having a person on island to contact with any questions was super helpful. We love staying here! This was our second time.

Great central location in Kona! The building itself has some issues (structural issues makes parking complex and the key to accesss paring) but the unit it self is fantastic and well maintained with comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen.

Firstly, I just want to start off saying Kona is a very beautiful place. Loved the scenery and the people we met along the way. Having access to the beach chairs and snorkeling gear was a great perk. We enjoyed the patio in the evening. Unfortunately during our stay we had two solid days of extremely loud noise from a Jackhammer in the parking lot. They failed to inform us of the major structural problems and immense maintenance this building is going through. We thought “quiet time” we from 9pm- 8am but that Jackhammer started up at 7:15 am. At this point we were forced to get up and leave the condo for the day as it was impossible to endure the noise. I proceeded to call Vacasa to explain this issue, they noted it and promised a call back the following day to discuss further. I never received a call. It’s incredibly frustrating when we saved up for a couple years to do this legendary trip and situations like this arise with absolutely no fair warning. Total fail on the owner and Vacasa’s behalf.

Great stay, great location. Condo well equiped with everything you need. Only down side was the construction in the parking garage which limited the amount of parking spaces.

This condo had everything we needed! It is very well stocked and has a beautiful open floor plan. We really enjoyed the huge balcony and the fact that it's really an additional living room and dining room. Beautiful place!

This is a nice unit close to everything Kona town has to offer. We have stayed in this unit before and this is our second time renting it. It is clean and updated. Close to many restaurants and shop. We were a bit taken off-guard during this stay as upon arrival as when we drove into the parking garage it has many temporary structural beams holding up the parking garage. We were told by a condo owner that the building was sinking and that they were starting a major structural project to fix it. We feel we should have been told in advance as it seemed a bit scary. I am sure it is fine as I canʻt imagine they would allow people to stay in this building if it was unsafe, however, it definitely made us feel concerned.

We loved our time in Kona. The condo was well equipped and comfortable to share with another couple. The beds were incredibly comfortable - seriously, I don't think I've slept so well on vacation before! The location cannot be beat either, we loved being able to walk almost everywhere! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will more than likely book again, whenever we return to Kona.

Fantastic upgraded condo that was the perfect fit for our family. If you follow the online directions emailed to you it’s easier than google which had us a little turned around. Bring near old town/cruise port means easy walkable access to plenty of good food options, which is nice after a long day of exploring. The condo itself was great, the A/C welcome and the amenities just like staying at a nice hotel. I was very impressed with how clean it was and how few bugs there were, which means it’s regularly cleaned and taken care of! This place made our stay in Kona just an awesome way to end our Hawaiian vacation
