I did not expected the apartment to be that huge! Everything was great - from location to all the amenities and beach stuff in the closet. Special hank you to the hosts for allowing us to checkin early. We really enjoyed our stay.
We loved the condo! Equipped with everything we might need, including beach equipment and games, the condo also had a great view and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely return!

Exceptional stay! Wow! The condo was immaculate, so roomy and with ever amenity you could hope for. The location was perfect, too, as it was walking distance to the little village in downtown Kona. Snorkel Bob's is just down the street to rent gear to snorkel at Kalau'u Beach, which is just 10 minutes away from the condo. The condo provided some comfy beach chairs, as well as beach umbrellas, plenty of towels, a cooler bag/backpack, boogie boards, shopping bags... you name it! Colin was an absolute gem to work with! He was super responsive to any questions we had, and kept in touch with us the first day just to make sure we arrived safely and got settled in okay. He was so friendly and accommodating. We also slept great! The beds were quite comfortable and it was fabulous to have a/c and ceiling fans throughout the whole condo, if needed. We've already shared this place with a few friends who regularly visit the big island. It's a must-stay! Sure hope to come back to stay again soon! Mahalo!"
Excellent location and nice accommodations
Check in was simple. The video on hpw to park in the parking garage spot was very was helpful.
This was a very comfortable, clean and spacious condo. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots, pans, dishes and glasses and an assortment of seasonings (I didn't have to buy a whole bottle of soy sauce just for a few drops). Lots of beach towels, chairs and extras. It is a short walk to a nice little beach with a few picnic tables and a good spot for watching sunsets. It was also easy to access the pool. We loved the lanai, we ate dinner out there regularly with a view of the beach. But not a good spot for watching the sunset. The only thing we could have used more of were small towels in the bathrooms. We would gladly be here again.

The condo was perfect for our family. Each of our girls had their own bed and they had their own bathroom. They layout is pefect and we did not use the AC. The breeze and fans were perfect, even at night. We were on there in the morning and at night to sleep, but had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cooler bag were great to have! Location cant be beat! We will gladly return if we get the opportunity.
The property was as described- beautiful accommodations with ocean views and easy access to many amenities. Most importantly was the excellent communication with Colin the property contact as he was quick to reply and accommodate our requests. Thank You!
The condo, including the expansive lanai, was very clean and lovely. The water view from the lanai gave us several whale sightings. The pool was so nice to have right on the property and the beds were comfortable. sightings.sightings.
This was my 4th time on the Big Island and I purposively decided to try closer to Ali'i Drive and the main strip for walkability. The property absolutely was in the perfect location just off Ali'i and within walking distance to the restaurants to watch the sunsets. The property itself boasts a large lanai and is well equipped for everything my son and I needed. It was very well stocked with all the kitchen equipment we needed. The condo was clean, towels were abundant, and the beds were comfortable. Although A/C isn't always needed on the Island in the winter months it certainly was nice to have after a day at the beach or golfing. All in all, a great location, a great place and a pleasure to find a place well organized for anything you would like to do. As a sidenote, the parking spot is relatively tight but nothing that is unmanageable in any way. I wouldn't (but could) rent a full size - 7 passenger SUV (ie. a suburban) but it was perfectly fine and worked perfectly well for the Jeep Cherokee that I rented.

The weather was very hot and humid during our stay, the ac units were a life saver, they all worked perfectly. The elevator was a nice touch. The parking can be a challenge but manageable. Beautiful view, well appointed in all aspects, spacious with plenty of room for our party of 6 to gather or spend time apart. Walkable to downtown- all the shopping and restaurants, open air markets in either direction. Very comfortable beds, the master has the same mattress we have at home so that was a bonus for us. We enjoyed the beach toys provided (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler bags etc.)We will book this condo again in the future! Mahalo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Kona! The location of this property is perfect and the view of the ocean from the lanai is beautiful. The condo is clean and stocked with many things you may need for the beach and cooking. There is a nice pool but not very kid friendly. It was convenient to have a spot to park the car.
Having a family of 4 and 3 full bathrooms is a great luxury. Having a large lighted lanai was wonderful. Being a short stroll to the bustling waterfront restaurants and activities was very convenient. All and all we were very happy with the home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Location AND amenities! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed for outdoor fun was available. We spent most of our time on the large and comfortable lanai. The only suggestion we have: give guests walking directions to the nearby local beach - we did not find it until the day we left, and it’s quite lovely. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable.
