Kona Pacific A102, No stairs, Ocean View, Walk to town! Elevators, AC!!

Unit was great. I have stayed at another unit in the complex so I knew the building and the amenities going in. The parking on this unit is top notch which was great. The location of the unit close to Ali'i Drive is nice. The unit itself is well laid out with both rooms having their own ensuite and a/c units for both the rooms and the main area. The unit was fantastic and well equipped for our needs.

Kona Pacific A102 met all our needs and then some. The accommodation was spacious for the four of us. We appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom plus an extra bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with good cookware and utensils and enough dishes and glassware to host a party (we didn’t). We cooked many times during our stay and the only problem was that the oven temperature seemed to fluctuate and not get quite high enough. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of spare linens and pillows. We watched TV together several times in the airy and inviting living room, which had enough seating for everybody. The lanai was large and quite private despite being on the ground floor, and we had a view of the pool on one side and the ocean on the other. We enjoyed eating at the outside table, comfortable even on hot days because of the fans. We made use of the washer and drier almost every day--nice to go home without dirty laundry. We were here for the Ironman, and the location was perfect for that--an easy walk to the race start but far enough away to avoid the commotion. Ironman runners passed just yards away from the apartment twice during the competition. We were all very happy with the apartment and highly recommend it for families or two couples.

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice big lanai :) we would stay here again. Note that the parking garage is a very close fit it you have a large (we had an Expedition) SUV. Easy walk to nearby abc store and restaurants.

The location is on the corner unit, which gives you an unobstructed view of the ocean from the covered balcony. The unit is also very conveniently located to the underground parking lot and the poo, and an easy walk into town. We had ample space and appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards, and in-unit washer and dryer. You can walk into town within 5 minutes. It was quiet and clean. While the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and is a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. Our arrival was also right when there was a tsunami evacuation taking place. The management company provided us with updates and evacuation instructions that were very helpful and much appreciated.

Wonderful stay. The place met all our needs. It would have been nice to have 6 laundry pods. Thank you.

The location from the parking spot, the main street out, the pool...it couldn’t be more convenient and still have that great front view and expanded lanai. The condo was well provided. The kitchen had the needed tools; there were so many towels for both home and beach. We never felt anything lacking. I really enjoyed our stay here. We reached out to the management company a couple times with questions and a maintenance need, and everything was responded to and resolved super fast. I was very impressed.

We had a good time and the property fit our needs . View of the water was awesome . Property manager brought over a new coffee grinder for us to enjoy our Kona coffee! Property management was great .

This was our second visit to this unit. Its best features are that it is within walking distance to downtown Kona and all the shops and restaurants. The unit is also well situated within Kona Pacific on the first floor (no elevator rides), and a few short steps to the pool. The condo is a good size with two bedrooms and three full bathrooms (which did not get used). It is very well equipped as far at the kitchen and beach supplies. The large TV was appreciated. We just wished there was one in the master bedroom. The lanai is large and well furnished, making it the perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Communication with the property management company was generally good. Because of a plumbing problem that was going to require extensive repairs, they efficiently moved us to another condo. But, next year we will be back.

We were really happy with the condo. The location is great. Really close to town (3min) walk). The unit itself is on the corner and has good size balcony with a partial ocean view. I loved sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The pool is very close which is convenient but maybe in summer this might be more noisy. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool as the weather was overcast. They have beach chairs but unfortunately they were very old and broken, we managed without as I had brought a light weight beach blanket from home. The beds were decently comfy .. very soft .. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook breakfast. check in process is a bit extensive with signing multiple documents before you go and then another one when you arrive. However we were able to get in to the condo by following the precise instructions! We had a great time staying here at this condo. It was spacious for our family of 4 adults. I would recommend this condo if you are staying in Kona.

This was our second weeklong stay in this unit. Kona pacific is a very well maintained complex. Super easy access to town , beach , restaurants and weekend live entertainment. Can’t wait for our return visit.

The pool is literally down the hall, so the kids loved it. We walked down to Huggo's for dinner or had Mai Tai Flights across the street at the Royal Kona. Our house was clean and spacious. My wife needed to get a foam topper for our bed, but it seems we are the only humans that want soft beds when we travel. Thanks TARGET for having that in stock. Kitchen was well stocked so I could cook most anything I needed. Beach toys were well loved before we used them, but it all worked out great. Not happy the prices, in general, have tripled since the pandemic, but i guess its still worth it.

Hello, Kona Pacific was just what we needed for this trip. Easy access to the elevator and parking lot. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside patio dining table was perfect for dinner with a nice sunset after a day at the beach. The location was also convenient and felt very safe being there.
