Beautiful condo. Great host

We were there for the wiwcompetition. Perfect location to view the race. The elevator was handy as well. Loved the ease of getting around Kona & only used the car to go to the safeway. Both bathrooms could use some maintenance but everything else was great! Definetly would book again.

Great location and very spacious condo! Views of the Pacific are second to none! One of my favorite things was to walk to the coffee shop a few doors down and enjoy the coffee on the balcony. Many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location close to town. We didn't mind the traffic noise. The host had everything we needed to enjoy the, beach; towels, chairs, umbrella.

This suite on Ali'i Drive is comfortable, and has a great view of the bay as well as the best seats in town for the 4th of July parade and fireworks. Traffic noise is pretty much non-stop during the day and into the evening, so if you have trouble sleeping better bring earplugs and use the portable fans that are provided to drown out noise. The place was fairly clean, but some of the bed sheets and pillow cases appeared to be stained and should probably be replaced. The building maintains high standards for security, but it comes at a cost: only one set of keys were provided for our party of five and that caused some major inconvenience on several occasions. Contacting the management company after hours was challenging too, but they responded fairly quickly to our emails and texts after a water sensor alarm was somehow triggered in the laundry area. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay but it works best for one or two people, unless they start giving out more keys.

Brought the whole family, my wife and three of our boys aged 22,19 and 17. We had plenty of room and property was as advertised and delivered more.It was well appointed and all beds were comfortable and in top shape, we were all comfortable, even though it was only a one bedroom. The spacious living area and wonderful balcony facing the ocean was just perfect.Location was just perfect. Amazing and top rated restaurants were all wishing 5-10 minute walks, a dedicated parking space alleviated any parking issues within the downtown area.We can’t recommend this property enough. It was a definite home away from home. We’ll be looking to book again when we come back to Kailua Kona.

Stayed here for a week. Great central location. Has parking, which is very convenient when staying in Town. And saves you 35.00-50.00 a day if you stay at hotel.Fully equipped. Like having your own apartment to vacation in.

Good property!Ocean and sunset views are incredible. Only real negatives we would say are that occasionally the overhead views are obstructed by the overhead street wires/cables and the traffic noise on Alii drive. Otherwise a wonderful stay

We took full advantage of the view from the lanai and loved the location with many great restaurants within walking distance.

The condo was nice but being on Ali was noisy. It was nice being in town especially since you now have to pay for parking.

The location of the condo is great and has a wonderful view from the balcony.

The apartment is pretty much exactly as described. Would be hard to find a better location - walking distance to everywhere and the view is amazing. Everything functions OK, might be an idea to count and update the tableware, e.g. I could only find 1 wine glass. Also good to know that there are 'water alarms' on the floor in each bathroom. This is great in preventing accidents... but we had no idea what caused an alarm to go off when my son was showering and some water sprayed on the floor. Found a building manager and all it took was to find the small white box (alarm) and dry it. Pls note that it takes forever to get warm water. Don't be discouraged, it will come and the water pressure is good.

They tried to remedy the problems with the AC, unsuccessfully.Negatives:We were unable to contact the actual on-site manager with concerns during our stay.Condo in poor repair and need of paint and updated furniture in bedroom.King mattress in bedroom very soft with poor support.AC unit in bedroom leaked the first night, causing a significant puddle in the bedroom. Reported to Property Management Realtor who responded immediately. This was determined to be a problem that required actual on-site resident manager intervention. No intervention was provided, nor was contact received during our entire 8 day stay, beyond a note that told us not to use the AC. The AC unit in the living room worked for most of the stay but began to leak badly on Day 7. Thus we had no AC for the final days of the stay. Relying on ceiling fans for cooling when the unit was advertised as having presumably working AC made this property uncomfortably warm. Timely attention to necessary repairs at the minimum should be required before further rental.

Convenient downtown location, right on the water. The unit’s interior is well done, all amenities are new and up to date. The building manager was a great help with a parking problem caused by a neighboring complex.

Great location and excellent water view.Walk to many restaurants. The unit was well stocked and most everything was operational. My wife was in a wheelchair which is complicated there due to the separation of the elevator and parking. Handcap bars and hand spray on tub and shower would have been nice, plus Street noise was bad up till about 2AM.

Fantastic ocean view and right next to numerous restaurants and shops. 1/2 mile walk to the Pier. All the amenities you could think of. Having a Washer and Dryer was super convenient. We will definitely come back. Out of the owners control, there was some very loud construction going on in the condo above or next to us.

Excellent location can walk to everything downtown

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location to shopping/restaurants! Clean! And Mary was absolutely great to work with! Had a little issue getting in but Mary was so quick to respond and help it really wasn’t an issue at all. Any other questions, Mary was very helpful! Condo had everything you need for the stay and beach!

Great Stay. From check-in to the last of 10 nights, this was one of the best locations in Kona. No problems! Short walk to Market next door and all restaurants!!!

Clean and well supplied. Love the view. If you could put the wires underground it would be perfect. Love it until I looked at the bottom of my feet. Black. The floors and lanai are dirty, probably from traffic soot. Same dull knives as in most rental condos😜

Property was very comfortable. Love the view. Lighting is not good- both ceiling fan lights not working. Had to move bedside lamp to dining table for adequate light. Cleaning crew should look at vents in bathrooms and dust on fans and ceiling fixtures- they haven’t been dusted in months.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The view was amazing and great for people watching from the Lanai. Being in a central location made it easy to walk around town and go to restaurants without needing to drive. The check-in process was a bit tricky to figure out, but the details we received were accurate. Overall I recommend this property!

The property suited our needs to a T. Perfectly Locate it for the first time stay in the big island

This unit was well-appointed and in a convenient location in Kona. All amenities were as advertised. Kitchen was well-equipped and full-size washer and dryer were very useful. Tips for future guests: The shower water needs to run for several minutes before hot water is available. Not a big deal as long as you know what to expect.

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was as advertised. Especially loved the screened patio doors, as we welcomed the daily ocean breeze. And, appreciated the beach goodies (towels, cooler, chairs, etc)

Traveled over from Oahu to relax and this place was perfect!

The condo was clean and fully stocked. We were able to watch whales from the lanai ! Communication with the rental company was excellent. It was great to have so many restaurants within walking distance Jutta

We had an amazing stay. We rented 3 condos for the week, which allowed my whole family to go.

We stayed for a week over the holidays and loved the location, the sunset views and the pool. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive as well. Great place overall.
