OCEANFRONT TWO BEDROOM CONDO-A/C in Both Bdrms! Cal King Beds in Both Bdrms!

Condo layout was great for 4 people. The second bedroom was a little noisy as it faced the walkway and pool, and the slated window didn’t reduce the sound much. Hot tub was pretty small. The lanai faced west and was large, so the sunsets were incredible, and there was enough space to allow all 4 of us to have meals out there. Lots of privacy as well. Close proximity to anything you want to do on the island, and centrally located so you can get to Hilo or the volcano national park within a couple of hours. I would stay here again

We adored this property! The view was stunning and the patio furniture was comfortable. The showers were so nice here, it was like having a spa in our room! The patio door was a bit hard for my elderly mother to open and close. The property manager was so kind and had excellent communication. We were not ready for our visit to be over, and I hope we can come back again soon.

This condo was amazing. The views and beach access were unbelievable. We loved listening to all the nature and ocean sounds.The condo was fully stocked to make it feel like home. Very clean. When we arrived the TV was on with music of Hawaii and it set an immediate mood of our stay.If we make it back to Kona, we are using this condo again! We've been telling everyone about it and showing our amazing photos. Everyone loves them! Any communication we had was met with friendly and welcoming responses. I loved that Holly had personal experience and ideas for making our trip even better.You must pick this unit. You will NOT be sorry. Mahalo!

We loved our stay! The condo was well-stocked, clean, and very comfortable for our family. We had fun tide pooling, and watching the waves and sunsets each day. We would gladly recommend this condo to family and friends.

Loved it! Very clean and well stocked. Spent most of our time on the lanai watching the surfers or sunsets. There was always a nice breeze so no need to turn on the AC. Both beds were very comfortable also! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful, amazing, convenient location that is superbly stocked and has everything you could want/need with an awesome view. Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore just outside and fall asleep to the sun setting in the west by the palm tree lined horizon.The host is wonderful to work with, so easy and super quick to respond. Didn’t want this trip to end, probably one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at

Beautiful condo! Super close to the ocean. We loved hearing the waves all day and night. Wondeful sunsets from the lanai! Holly had everything we could ever need to use.

Overall great experience. Air conditioning is great touch if you are around the place during the hotter afternoons! Great ocean front view is the best part, hard to beat!

This condo was perfect!! Turtles and fish right in front of the lanai!!! Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked!!

Was great to see surfers every morning and sunsets every evening. The lanai was comfortable for dining and relaxing and the building location was perfect.

This is our third time staying at the condo! It is so clean and well equipped for cooking and light cleaning. The lanai is where we spend most of the time as we watch the surfers at Banyan's and the fish in the tidepools. We really appreciate pulling down the sun shades as the sun makes its way towards the west and the ceiling fans on the lanai and throughout the condo help keep us cool. Easy parking and the elevator are really helpful for my older mother. Last but not least, Holly, the property manager is fantastic! We know she will do whatever she can to make our short stay the best it can be.

Condo was very quiet and comfortable, lots of beach towels and chairs, convenient location (we had a car). Spent a lot of time on lanai watching surfers and listening to waves. Not an issue for us, but bedroom closest to lanai had accordion door for privacy as it opened into living room. Holly (host) was very responsive to questions and checked in with us to be sure there were no difficulties with check in or condo questions.

The view from the balcony of this condo is priceless. We saw so many beautiful sunsets! It was clean and close to town, but not too close. We enjoyed being a little ways away from the hustle of town. Holly was very attentive and check-in/out was super simple. If we were to come back to the big island we woudl definitely stay here again.

This property was just like represented in the posting. We will stay in this unit again on our next visit. Little details were nice like beach chairs, ice chest, coffee maker for pods and drip, supplied k-cups, charging stations, super-fast washing machine, amazing view from the lanai. It was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Holualoa Village. From the first night sitting out on the deck watching the waves crashing on the rocks, listening to the waves at night, to sitting on the lawn in the evening watching the sunset and grilling fish. This was an experience we will never forget. The unit was comfortable, cozy, clean and modern. We appreciated the "extras", the lawn chairs and surf boards. We would love to go back!!

This place was beautiful! Right on the water with incredible sunset views. We saw a few turtles swimming near the shore and enjoyed watching the surfing!!

This was our last stop on a 2 week tour of Hawaii and it didn't disappoint. The large Lanai, with comfortable table and loungers were awesome. The towels provided were large and plush, the bathrooms were great, rain shower heads are awesome. The beds were comfortable and the couch was very nice. We were able to check in early and communication with the owner was easy and quick. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we all enjoyed exploring the lava out front at low tide.

Good location with easy access to the entire west coast

Absolutely amazing, well-equipped condo literally just steps from the ocean. Very close to numerous shops and restaurants that is if you can pull yourself away from the amazing lanai. Holly was quick to respond and has thought of everything for her guests. We hope to be back soon! Mahalo Holly!

We greatly enjoyed our time on Kona coast exploring the many small beaches and snorkeling. It was always a pleasure making our way back here to the scenic view and comforts of this place; it had all we needed. The best part of was passinh time on the liania waching the flow of the tide! Condo was beautiful! Beach was right out the lani window. Gorgeous view! Surfers, tidepools to enjoy, excursion boats going by. Shopping just down the street. Condo had just about everything we would need; i kicked myself for packing so much. Holly surprised us with some treats in the kitchen to enjoy! We had a fabulous vacation and really plan on staying here again!

This was our first time in Hawaii and Holly made sure we had all the details before checkin. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all the things we needed for a relaxing vacation. This rental went above and beyond others we’ve stayed at as there was nothing we needed that was not available at the condo. One example is that there were beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we were able to use which was a godsend when you’re on the beach from dawn til dusk. We just grabbed the beach chairs, filled the cooler and went on our way. The view from the balcony was stunning and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. When we return to Kona, we will be staying right here. Mahalo!!

Holly thought of everything to make this the perfect place to stay. The ocean breeze coming through the two sliding glass doors, the ocean view, and comfortable balcony are unforgettable. Pool was perfect temperature. Will definitely be back!

Everything about 217 and our host, Holly, met and surpassed any expectations.

My husband and I and another couple stayed for six wonderful nights. The view from the lanai is incredible and mesmerizing. The condo was well stocked with things needed for cooking, beach days and helpful paper products. Great location, far enough from town to be away from the hustle and bustle but only a five minute drive to be part of it. Parking under the building was great. Highlight was watching the whales from the lanai!

My family and I loved our stay. Ocean front, easy parking and great AC. Plenty of room to spread out. Holly was quick to answer all our questions. Very easy check-in process. We'll definitely be back.
