Nice location close to shopping centerComplex very family friendly Great condos
We had a wonderful stay at Kanaloa at Kona. The actual condo looked exactly like the photos posted on the internet. Easy process to check in. Felt super safe during our time at Kanaloa, both for our personal safety and our belongings. Loved the options of the 3 pools and visited each one. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Loved everything about the property with the exception of the neighbor upstairs. They were loud! You can hear every step they make and “they” did not care or have any respect for the ppl downstairs.
Door code did not work. Called and got a temporary code. WIFI and internet did not work until next mid day.
Dirty dishes in cabinets- dissatisfied
