We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located, well appointed and clean accommodation. Our host was gracious and communicated well. The house is well laid out and spaces are generous. All aspects of amenities were perfect! The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of utensils, bowls, and plates, etc, access to additional towels and plenty of beach towels. It felt like a completed home and not just a place people rent with minimal supplies. The complex is beautiful and easy to access, and the views were beautiful and the perfect place to have coffee every morning. The location is exceptional. Just minutes away from anything you would need. Grocery store and shopping center just above, snorkeling, and Manta Ray excursions minutes away, and a short drive to downtown. The house accommodated six adults comfortably and we would highly recommend.
The host was amazing, the amenities were perfect, location was perfect. This was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in!!
You know how rare it is to find a vacation rental where everything is perfect? If this one is available when you want to go, don’t hesitate. It’s fantastic. Not only is the decor and furniture lovely, but everything is in great working order: the AC, dishwasher, the huge capacity washer/dryer set, and the sinks/showers/toilets. AND they provide more than enough dishware/ glassware/kitchen appliances/pots/pans, hand/dish/dishwasher/laundry soap, plenty of TP and paper towels, flashlights for emergencies, extra lightbulbs, batteries, and fun equipment for the pool, the beach and court sports. The owners’ thoughtfulness was so appreciated. They even provide notepads in the kitchen where you might need to write down a phone number or make a grocery list. The view is lovely, easy access to the pool was great, and the location was perfect for our needs. Nice to have a grocery store, drug store and restaurants nearby. We’ve stayed at several Na Hale condos over the years and this is the best! Thanks Melissa!

We had a wonderful time at this property for our week on the Big Island. View is lovely and location is convenient. A two minute drive to the closest beach (or 15 min walk), shopping center around the corner, and easy access to lots of fun activities in the area. The condo is nicely furnished and equipped for a family to enjoy the beach—chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. we had four teenagers and two adults and plenty of space to sleep and relax when we were not exploring. The kitchen is also well equipped and we used the grill a few times. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was easy to contact and left a lot of good recommendations for us. We would stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We loved the condominium and all of it's amenities. Very clean on our arrival. All of the amenities were in excellent shape. Very nice dishware, all of the tools for cooking fantastic meals and a beautiful Weber gas grill. We bought fresh mahi mahi from Umekes and pineapple from the farmers market and had grilled mahi mahi with pinepple salsa. The view from the decks is amazing so very pleasant to just relax out there. Also very close to the pool which has a baby pool for our one year old grandaughter. Beds were super comfortable and the area is very quiet at night. It was so nice to have all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and ice chest for beach days! I can't say enough about how perfect this home is for a Kailua Kona vacation. The neighbors were all very friendly as well. All in all I can't find anything that didnt seem perfect.
Beautiful home. Very comfortable, except the beds. The master was great, but the other two bedrooms beds were extremely hard, and my adult children were very uncomfortable. A simple mattress pad would fix this, but they didn't have any at Costco!! Otherwise, very clean and an overall great time was had!! Thank you Melissa

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is by far the best ever! While the pictures are great, it’s even better in person. The host has thought of everything and has the whole house labeled well making it easy to locate items. It truly felt like our home away from home. Clean, quiet location, great pool area, absolutely top notch!

This was our first trip to the Big Island and we had a fantastic week. Highlights were snorkeling, an island tour including the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and an entertaining luau. We loved our accommodations! Our condo was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, and to top it off they had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and for the pool/beach. The outdoor living space had a beautiful pool/ocean/sunset view. Groceries and restaurants were within walking distance and there is also a free trolley service to the downtown area. All in all a wonderful place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Na Hale Keauhou! The property was exactly as advertised and more. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past 10 years, and would have to say, this property had more amenities provided than any other. The kitchen was well stocked with ample dishes, cutlery, utensils and appliances. We were appreciative of the little extras including baggies, saran wrap, tinfoil and small Tupperware containers! There were numerous extra beach towels for those days when we went to the beach earlier in the day, then went to the pool in the evening. The garage was also stocked with more than enough items for our family of five including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, snorkel equipment and tennis rackets/balls. We used all of these items as there was a great snorkeling beach 5 minutes away from the condo and public tennis (and pickleball) courts less than 10 minutes away. Like this condo, the entire property itself was clean, well maintained and quiet. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Ample parking. All the information available in the condo (books about the island, maps, activity pamphlets and an information binder) were very helpful. We enjoyed the proximity of this condo to Kona, was convenient to drive a short distance to a number of good restaurants. Melissa was a pleasure to deal with and always responded promptly to our emails. We would absolutely consider staying at this property again!
