Enjoy cooking with simple luxuries like stainless steel appliances, a floating island bar, and plenty of cupboard room for all your vacation snacks. Choose carefully where to sleep because both bedrooms have soft beds, and don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy showers. Nice clean condo close to everything we needed to get to. Thanks again!
The location of the property was great for the price. Upon check-in, the cleaner was just finishing up. Overall, the place was clean, though there were a few spots where sand hadn’t been fully swept up in the bedroom. It had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay comfortable.The only downsides for us were:The parking stall was located through another entrance, which was a bit inconvenient.The AC in the living room didn’t cool properly—it stayed between 79–88 degrees. Even after adjusting the temperature, it kept reverting back to the warmer setting. Needless to say, it was super warm during the evening. So we had to open the sliding door, which somewhat helped the uncomfortableness of the temperature.I would have liked to have an additional parking stall. I noticed that there was 3 hr visitor stalls. However I don't believe they adhere to this since the vehicle parked in the stall was there from when we came in for the evening till the next morning.Other than that, we were able to enjoy our weekend celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and my nephew's beach proposal.
Communications were excellent from beginning to end. Great location. Had everything we needed for our family of five

We enjoyed our stay while we were here. The location was wonderful and so convenient to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was so well equipped and we weren’t at a loss for anything.
Condo was clean. There was everything we needed for a party of 4 adults.
Overall we had a nice stay. It has everything we needed. On looking online, it doesn’t show a gate separating our assigned parking space from the area we offloaded from. We pulled in from bottom road, had to go all the way around to offload the car and went back around to park the car! Also keypad to enter code was super small, each mistake cost 30 seconds before trying again. Once we got ver that, we enjoyed the stay. Being from the same island there was a problem with parking a second car.
Condo is a perfect location to walking distance to downtown Kona.
