With ocean views, short distance to Honl’s Beach, and onsite amenities including inground pool and outdoor grill, Kona Mansions #A303 offers all the best of a getaway to the Kona Coast. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.
In alignment with its coastal neighborhood, this home is designed to feel bright and energetic while also feeling laid-back. The living room combines cozy couches with colorful artwork and smart tv to create a space for unwinding between excursions and days in the sun.
The fully updated and equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle for convenient cooking at home. You may want to pack a lunch to-go as you head out to local beaches or dine at home either at the kitchen counter with barstools for 2, or at the dining table with seating for 4.
Sliding glass doors provide ocean views dotted with palm trees for the entire home. The doors also provide access to your juliet balcony where you can enjoy the ocean air, balmy temperatures, and of course the views.
This studio style home can comfortably accommodate 3 guests. The semi-private bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and tropical Hawaiian theme linens. As you wake up in the mornings, you’ll be able to see straight to the stunning blue ocean, right from your bed. Additional sleeping space is provided with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The home’s 1 bathroom has a walk-in shower and can be accessed from the bedroom or the living space.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Washer and dryer in unit.
Air conditioning only in the living room/kitchen. The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.
Parking space is provided.
This is a walk-up unit and there is no elevator.
• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
These terms help us maintain the quality and comfort of our vacation rentals for all guests.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Great location, third floor stairs, be prepared, condo nicely furnished, great view, completely outfitted, cooler and beach chairs a plus. Parking right up front.
Great location with a spectacular view. Very clean and well equipped . Walk to restaurants, shopping, and activities of all kinds. The surf in Jan can be high to limit water activities but there is plenty of day trip destinations that are unique to Hawai’i that should not be missed. The road below can be noisy at night so running the AC helps and be aware that there is no balcony in these units..
Very nice, Awesome. Best stay we ever had. Didn't have a worry while staying here. Got to see cruise ships dock from our window. Easy place to find and didn't worry about safety. Everything you need is in this studio. This place is very roomy, loved the lay out, and very clean. A short distance to the town of shops and restaurants which we loved to walk. Would rent this again.!!!!
View out the sliding door was very nice, wish we had a large enough lanai to sit on but it was still good. Walking distance to a small amount of nightlife, but can't hear it from here which is great
This apartment is centrally located with a view overlooking the harbor. It is fully equipped: we cooked most of our meals and everything we needed for the beach was provided. Lawn chairs, beach towels, an ice chest, even a boogie board was in the closet. It was a great place to relax after outings.
First time to the Big Island. Condo was clean and well stocked and great location for exploring Kona.
The apartment was in a great location. The view was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.
This property was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. And the view from the living room is fantastic, perfect for viewing sunsets, the ocean, and even some whales. It's in a great location, a very short walk to restaurants, shops, and beaches. The only downside was the noise from the street traffic; we liked to leave the windows open and the A/C off, but that meant we could hear several noisy cars and motorcycles every evening. It was still a great unit for our vacation, but if you want total peace & quiet, you might look elsewhere.
Awesome stay in Kona
We gifted this to our son and daughter-in-law for their honeymoon. They loved the property, the location and how convenient it was to everything. They said they kitchen was very well appointed and it was very clean.
Simply amazing. Clean, fully equipped, really nice.
