Further afield, easy access to Kuakini Highway lets you avoid the traffic on Ali‘i Drive. On-site amenities include a complex pool and shared barbecue area.
Inside the condo you’ll find an open floor plan bathed in natural light and a well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances. Watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean from the dining table or step outside to the mini-lanai and take in the 180-degree ocean view. Although the condo has air conditioning, ceiling fans and the ocean breezes keep the space cool and comfortable most of the time.

Clean good location
Can see a cruise ship moored.
The only thing it’s missing is a lanai but the unit is well designed. It was easy to keep it cool with the fans and open windows.
The ocean view second floor condo was a nice place to stay for 4 nights. The kitchen had everything needed except the food, which we brought with us and we had a lovely stay. The bed in A-201 was too soft for my back but other than that everything was great!
The condo itself was clean, well equipped and at a good location. However, the unit does not have an inhabitable lanai. It was about 2 feet wide and the screen door did not open and close well. The ocean view was obscured by telephone wires and a hotel. During our stay a unit across the hall was being remodeled and work started at 7:00 am and went through the whole day for at least a full week. This unit is very close to the road which also made for a lot of noise, especially in the evening. All in all, the unit is nice. We would consider a future stay in the complex but further back from the road.
I needed to get some work done the week of a big triathlon, do we choose this property. It was perfect for the task. Good Wi-Fi, clean, and near Kona city center. As you can see in the picture, there isn't a lanai, but we did not mind since it was a work trip. Also a bit noisy with street traffic. But lovely and would recommend.
Great location near the water in Kailua -- and near restaurants, shops, services. Spacious, modern unit -- though the single AC box was a window mount that was underpowered for the full unit. However, with windows open and overhead fans on, there was a good amount of air moving through and cooling the space.
The room and kitchen area smells like rotten food and the washroom is not fully functional. The walls are super thin as well and the host is non responsive. Quite disappointed
Right up the hill from Kailua waterfront and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great central location for exploring the west side of the island.
Had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed, we cooked a couple meals in and used the towels/blankets for our beach day. The only issue was we had some confusion finding the rental. Apple Maps took us to the front building. This unit is in the back (separate driveway/parking lot).
Check in was super easy, with the door code provided to us prior to arrival. The location is very close to restaurants and shops, only about a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.
Location was great and the place was lovely. Clean, great view. The only issue is that I don’t think this was a good place for kids. I think the downstairs neighbor thought our kids were too loud even when they were just being normal kids during daytime ours.

Nice condo for my solo business trip. Very walkable to town, restaurants and beachfront. Kitchen was very convenient and appliances are new so economical dining in was very appreciated

Nice spot, didn’t have any issues other than the hot water to the shower being more luke warm. Loved everything else with the rental and definitely would recommend :)
This is the nicest condo we have stayed in using VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the living room is comfortable, bathroom was great, and the whole unit obviously had been updated. Beautiful view of the ocean and a wonderful sunset every night over the Pacific Ocean. It was a quick and easy 10-minute walk into downtown Kona so we didn’t have to drive to restaurants and shops and church and fight for expensive parking spots. Unfortunately, there was no beach to speak of close by so several times we made 35 minute drive to a state Park Beach which was beautiful. Lots to do in this on the big island including volcano national Park, snorkeling, luau, and more. It was a wonderful stay.
Our condo was in a great location to downtown for restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. There were plenty of towels and bed was comfortable. The pool area is very small with only 4 lounge chairs but we usually got a chair . Propane tanks ran out one day but were refilled the next. There were two bbqs to use. It was great having a washer and drier in the room. We had an excellent stay.

Great location. Easy walking distance to beaches, shopping etc. Rental exactly as described, well appointed with everything we needed. Kitchen plumbing problems were address quickly by very friendly maintenance staff and property manager. Parking is convenient, view is good the beds are okay.
