Spacious tropical getaway looks over the Kona Country Club Golf Course and out the Pacific Ocean and offers two bedroom suites. Each bedroom includes a portable AC to keep you cool during the night. The open loft boasts two twin beds and a third bathroom with a shower. (No AC provided for the loft area.) Enjoy breakfast and dinner in the expansive lanai, equipped with a private gas grill, outdoor sofa, and dining sets.
This unit comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for your convenience. While some snorkel gear may have been left by previous guests, we kindly request that you rent your own equipment to ensure a fun and enjoyable snorkeling experience.
Located along the historic Ali i Drive, overlooking the Kona Country Club, this condo is within walking distance of Keauhou Bay and a short drive to Kahalu u Beach, renowned for its exceptional snorkeling opportunities. The Keauhou Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile away. The maximum occupancy of this unit is four, unless the owner approves otherwise. Please provide the exact number of adults and children during the booking process, as the HOA requires this information for security purposes.
Please note that this unit does not have central air conditioning. However, it does have portable air conditioners in the two bedrooms on the main level. There is no air conditioning unit in the third bedroom/loft. Along-bladed ceiling fans provide a pleasant breeze throughout the day, while a cooler breeze emanates from the mountain at night.
Driving is optional. Unless you are planning to explore the island during your stay, you won't necessarily need a vehicle. The Kona Trolley (Hele-On Route 201) is a convenient, open-air transit option connecting Kailua-Kona and Keauhou via Ali'i Drive. The trolley runs seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with buses arriving approximately every 60 minutes. The general one-way fare is just $2.

Beautiful place , clean house, wonderful ocean view
Loved everything about our stay. Location was convenient and made it easy to get around the island. The spaces weee very nice, especially the lanai which had a nice grill, a table to eat and watch the sunset, and some nice seating for relaxing and reading. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The pots and pans were nice, but I brought my own knives because most condo knives are awful and dull. We did buy a cheap rice maker which we left so hopefully future guests can enjoy that. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We only slept in the main bedroom, but it was very comfortable except for the pillows . . . But that’s such a personal thing, I don’t count that against them. Great to have full sized laundry machines.
This was a great place to stay on the Big Island. The view from the deck was perfect. You could watch golfers put while having a coffee in the morning. 3 bathrooms was nice bonus for our family. Tracy was responsive to any concerns during our stay. The pool and hotter area was very clean and well kept. Pool hours were a little short (9am to 8pm), but that was fine for us. Overall, We highly recommend staying at Punahele B304!
Very nice
The property was in a great location with a fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean. Everything was as shown in pictures online. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kona.
Beds were not very comfortable, however, location has a good view and has everything you need to get through a short stay.
This is a lovely property and we had a great time staying here.
This condo was super comfortable and clean. It came with all the amenities you would need for an amazing beach vacation. It had plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which was a huge bonus. We stayed for a week and it was very roomy with the high ceilings and the ability to open the patio sliders. The kitchen had everything and more to be able to cook a few meals in which was nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The location in Keauhou allowed us to explore the south of the Big Island easier - hike to Captain Cook Monument, South Point… The condo was very comfy (once all the fans were whirring, windows and doors open for a nice through breeze), clean, nice view over the golf course and ocean, and fully stocked for cooking. The upstairs loft is very cute and cozy - we didn’t need to use it, but so nice! Definitely coming back!
