We had a good experience. Great location, just steps from restaurants & shopping, & reasonably quiet. It made for a great home base.
Very enjoyable stay, clean and comfortable. Fully functional kitchen. Appreciated amenities such as boogie board, beach chairs and cooler, beach towels. The pool was lovely. Short walk to beach access.Great communication, via email and also a handy binder in the room itself with all kind of interesting and helpful information. Highly recommended. Planning to go back again!

The condo was in a great location just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and beaches. It was clean, well kept and well stocked. The fans and AC helped keep the condo nice and cool. The grounds were nicely landscaped and well maintained with tall shade trees. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo, Ken, Stu & Gwen (Lihi & Kiko, our mini doxies)
My husband and I stayed here for 11 days. It was an easy walk along Ali’i road to get to the shoreline, restaurants, a great farmer’s market and shopping. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the driveway entrance as the signs were not lit and partially obscured by the shrubbery. Luckily, when we actually parked on the wrong side of the complex, we ran into the manager and he explained where the driveway off of Kuakini Hiway was. The only thing missing was a proper Lanai that we could sit on to drink our morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped ( just needs a small set of tongs, vegetable peeler and a smaller salad bowl) with a drip coffee pot (the Black Sand coffee at Coffee Heaven is smooth and delicious!), toaster, pots, pans and utensils and other appliances. We would recommend this place to others.
The condo was clean and well stocked. It was in a great location and the area info book was especially helpful and detailed. We enjoyed the extra towels and the washer and dryer. The only thing that was confusing was the white lock box at the top right side of the door. We arrived at night and that was the only thing we saw. After trying the code 6 times we started panicking, We texted the property owner and then finally saw the very dark pad above the door knob for the key code. I think the owner should remove the key lock box to avoid confusion and panic. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Bed was great, just to hot and stuffy ac can't be turned down under 77, and not very good air flow. But was an OK place.
Everything's good except for the noise from the neighbors. You can hear the conversation and other noise like footsteps from the other units. Otherwise, all is good.

We picked to stay at this place because it was more budget friendly than the hotels. The money we saved we spent on excursions and tours. This place has everything we needed. The bed is comfy, the shower had great pressure and hot water, the air conditioner worked great, laundry machines were convenient, kitchen had what we needed for simple meals. We were close to the fun activities we booked like snorkeling with manta rays, and our morning snorkel. Our parking spot was super convenient. We didn’t hang out much here and we were out exploring most of the day. We’d recommend this place to others

Although there were two complimentary bottles of wine and the king bed was comfortable, the condo was not as nice as the photos indicate. There was a fishy smell coming from the kitchen and a sewage smell in the bathroom. The floors were filthy despite a sign asking us to remove shoes. When we walked around without socks, the soles of our feet became black and there was nothing with which to clean the floor (a broom without a dustpan and a swiffer sweeper with no pads). Although it is in walking distance to Ali’i, it’s a long, hot walk with no sidewalk for the majority of it. Customer service was great and Tiffany accommodated my need for a play pen right away. I would recommend her but not the condo.
Had a great time in the Kailua-Kona area of the Big Island staying in this 1 BR apartment! Not full of frills or luxury, but had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including ample kitchen tools, beach and bath towels, working AC and easy-open windows, a smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi, great water pressure and temperature in the shower, and a large, comfortable bed to crash in at night. Code/keyless entry was a bigger amenity than I expected too-- with so much beach and outdoor activity, it's nice to not have one more thing to keep track of! The property has a nice pool and grill set up surrounded by gorgeous flora, and is a quick and easy walk to a small beach or to the main strip. Everyone in our party was a heavy sleeper so the nearby noise didn't bother us much, but this spot is ground floor and near a busy road so be prepared for notable activity starting early. Host was easy to get in touch with and always polite and accommodating. Thanks for your help with a great trip!
